I have enjoyed being a guest here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager, Mr. Rajesh, is very reasonable and accommodating. Urban Stay is located on a side lane, and is fairly close to a busy road. This gives it a good combination of connectivity and relative quiet.

Outstanding place to stay while you’re in Guwahati. The location is ideal. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The Manager Mr. Rajesh is very efficient and cooperative. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Altogether I had a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend Urban Stay.

The staff are hospitable and the premises of the place is pretty secure. The location is also just right, it's in the heart of the city, yet pretty residential.
