Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs! I had one of the worst experiences ever at this so-called "homestay." First of all, there is no generator or power backup, and we were never informed about this during booking. When we brought this up during the power cut, the management blamed us, saying it was our responsibility to ask whether they have backup! They went on to say that we are already getting a “good price” for the rooms and should be happy with what we get – completely unprofessional and unacceptable attitude. The manager was extremely rude, showed zero courtesy, and refused to accept any fault. No apologies, no solutions – just arrogance. To make things worse, the place was a total mess. We didn’t see any other guests during our stay, and honestly, I’m not surprised. It felt more like a staff hangout spot than a homestay – we even found workers sleeping in the guests’ rooms! There is no hospitality, no basic service, and no sense of customer care. This place is clearly run by people who have no idea what hospitality means. Do not book this place. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. This was a complete disaster.
