The Golden Nest Homestay

I needed a room for an emergency and to my surprise the owner was kind enough to arrange me one at a very decent affordable price. To my surprise I was even allowed to pay the advanced booking fee as per my convenience - a very rare sight, particularly in a self check in hotels now a days. The room is pretty big and has an attached kitchen and, a bathroom. Everything here is self check in. The best thing about the hotel was the owner. She was/is really kind hearted.

The owner is truly a gem of a person. Though we didn't stay here for long for some personal reasons, this is hands down one of the best Homestays you can get in Guwahati. We took the 4 bedroom room and it was nothing short of luxury. The attached kitchen at such an affordable price is unimaginable. There is a garden outside too and a walkway. Located just beside the main road, taxis are easily available from here and the best thing about this homestay is its distance from the airport. I recommend everyone visiting Guwahati, please book this homestay.

I had an incredible stay at The golden nest homestay. The location is perfect, nestled in a serene area but still close to major attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home. The host was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers . I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a cozy, hospitable place to stay.

Gotta say, it's one of the best homely place you'll get to stay and the location is quite peaceful when it comes to hectic Guwahati. The major pros are - it's budget friendly, also near to the airport, all the necessities are available in walking distance and..... the hosts, they're just the BEST and Friendly you can ever ask for. I've been there a few times already and tbh i prefer this homestay every single time. I'm sure y'all will love your stay with your loved ones.

I recently stayed at this homestay and had an incredibly comfortable experience. The owner is exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are of high quality, well-maintained, and very cozy. Additionally, the yard is a beautiful haven full of nature, making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place..

Friendly stay, self checkin, stayed here for 2 times while gng to tawang from Guwahati. Its location is very near to airport and budget friendly, if u need a place to crash a night before reaching airport or coming from airport this is the right place. I forgot my boots in the room itself on the first night we stayed but when I called and asked owner about it , she assured me it will be safe there and I can pick up anytime♥️. Over all I had a really good experience, car parking is not available, u have to leave it on the road that's the only drawback.

One of the worst home stays.... please don't go ...they are scammers.....and don't believe in their reviews they all are fakes .... don't get fooled by reviews... Again worst worst home stays ever very bad experience.....i will take a legal action surely
