The Stay Corner

The service provided by hotel staff. Despite my repeated requests, a hotel staff member refused to leave my luggage outside my room as per my instructions. Furthermore, even after I spoke to you, the staff member denied my children access to the restroom facilities, which is a direct violation of the hotel's policies. I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I have received during my stay at your hotel. It is unacceptable for a hotel to leave its guests' belongings outside of their rooms without their explicit consent. This not only compromises the security of our personal belongings but also violates our privacy. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I had an amazing two-day stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly, and the caretaker took great care of everything. The food was delicious, just like homemade. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Guwahati. Very hygienic, neat, and beautiful place. The owners are humble. We were sick and tired of outside food as we had been travelling for almost a week. They provided us nice homemade meal which was very comforting. I would strongly recommend this home stay.
