Riverside Palm Homestay with Balcony near Kamakhya and IHR

A pretty perfect homestay for families! Had a long stay for half a month approx., the house was perfect with every thing provided in the exact amount, the host was very interactive and responsive but to top it all the decor and interior was both cute and top-notch! To start with the rooms, the dining cum drawing room was pretty and filled up with beautiful paintings hanging on the wall, the dining table was a four chair, totally accommodating my three member family well. There was a pretty recliner and two wooden chairs for the drawing part! The dining cum drawing gets a 4.5 out of 5! That room on its right connected directly to the kitchen, to which my family shared a real good review of, as the kitchen had all the basic amenities needed to cook and clean. My mother was really very appreciative of how she found every other utensil just like at home. For the kitchen a total 5 out of 5! Talking of the washroom, it was very clean and tidy and then again every basic amenity for it was also being provided for! A 5 out of 5 for the washroom too! The bedroom had two beds, one king sized and one single bedding, the sheets were clean, the lockers were well secured in the room, moreover had a very comfort sleep! The TV too worked well! A 4.5 out of 5 on the bedroom as well! We also accommodated in their one bedroom apartment for two nights, that too for the same was pretty impressive and would get 5 on 5! Overall, the house is neat and tidy and well provided for, has a very pretty decor and the host house is really very responsive and friendly. A 5 on 5 experience!

Had a great experience staying there. It was homely. Rooms were spacious n clean. Bathroom was also spacious n clean. Price was affordable. Campus is safe and secured. Only a small request to the owner is that it will be very good if u can increase the speed of water in the taps of the second floor because we had to wait for the buckets to get filled. It caused inconvenience while taking bath especially when we were in a rush. Apart from that no issue at all. Everything is perfect. I recommend it to everyone. Stay for once, u won't regret.

We had very comfortable stay for two days. Room & bathroom was big, clean & aesthetically decorated. Place was very well connected to all the major places of the city. Extra benefit was constant care & attention from host. Well recommended for budget travellers to Guwahati.

We stayed for a week here. All the rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The host and the care takers are very responsive. They provide home cooked food. The host family are very welcome and they celebrated Diwali with us. They have fully functional kitchen. A washing machine was the only missing thing in this facility.. We highly recommend this homestay as this was one of the best homestays we found in Guwahati.

This is a very well and neatly maintained beautiful property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained. The location is also a key here you get Uber almost immediately and there are always Toto plying on the road. The owner time to time enquired whether we are comfortable. I'm surely going to stay there on my next visit. Highly recommended. I stayed for 4 days with my parents who are above 70.

It was a pleasant stay for my family. Location is easy to find. Rooms were decent & furnished with rich taste. Got clean attached toilet. They allowed us to access the attached terrace. Both the bedsheet and sofa covers were clean enough. The host was very friendly and took care of every need. Overall a very good stay it was.

Absolutely in love with this place. Very friendly owners, price very reasonable (even gifted discounts)! Very spacious 1bhk (even more with 2bhk) lots of options of units to choose from. Genuinely impressed with this place during our short stay here. Definitely returning again soon. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stay around Santipur! My best wishes!

It’s an independent house providing Homestay by the host, rooms are very clean,excellent and spacious. They got lot of collectibles which is a charm for the waiting/ drawing space and dining space. They provide homemade food which is MARVELLOUS!! And the HOST, Mr & Mrs. Ahmed is superb and caring. For me they helped me everything needed to visit Maa Khamakiya temple, knowledge about near by places, provide contacts for car and bike rentals and everything. I would have stayed more and see the places if I do not have urgency to come back because of this wonderful HOSTS. Best luck for them!
