Kasauli Edge

Hotel name "Kasauli Edge" was not written anywhere , where Google map location make us reach. Name was written as "Sunpine Paradisio" which is part of address location found through Google map. noone was there to welcome or greet or guide guests. Otherwise entry path through stairs was open to reach any floor but doors were closed as on phone lady told us to go on top floor. No service no person . Payment 2000 taken in advance. So we had to come back to see any other shelter or hotel which is fraud and harrasment with customer specially when children or family has to suffer.

The rooms were tidy. You get extra blankets from them. There's a geyser in the bathroom. They also have cards with casino chips and a few board games. The highlight of the property is the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Please give it a try if you're in Kasauli.

We booked Kasauli Edge for several of our guests during our wedding at a nearby location. They had a great time there. The staff was very accommodating and supportive, something we also realized before, when we had to modify our bookings several times. The place is excellent value for the money. The Apartments are large and cosy and have all the equipment needed. The balcony offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. A short walk uphill, many restaurants, notably the quite famous Freq Café, offer plenty of opportunities for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all, we can only recommend Kasauli Edge as a fantastic and affordable place to stay in the mountains.

This is actually a homestay with parking facility. The view from the apartment is Good but not easy to find. Location is very close to Dharampur Highway and 12km away from Kasauli. You also get food home delivered from Freq Cafe but no other delivery is available there. Mr Narinder is the caretaker and he is very helpful and responsive. The owner Mr Girish should provide hand towels and repair some of the bathroom fittings which were broken. Utensils were not clean and cockroaches were found inside the refrigerator. Electric kettle, induction cooktop, geyser are available but everything needs maintenance. Walls are dampening and seepage issues seem to exist. Given the property location is good and attracts a lot of tourists the maintenance should be a priority. All the properties adjacent to it are quite competitive and if the owner is not willing to pay property attention to the maintenance then soon it will be a deal breaker.

Amazing experience staying at kasauli edge!! The rooms are spacious and the view from balcony is beautiful, one can easily relax in the peaceful atmosphere at this place. Loved the stay and would come back again for sure ! 🙂

The property is decent however as far from what the photos depict. The linen is particularly worn, stained and discoloured. Even the utensils are all mismatched and inadequate. Some minor expenses on new linen and kitchenware are urgently required.

The person running this place, Girish, outright lies to your face. We had a fully confirmed and paid up booking from MakeMyTrip MyBiz, and he said he had no relationship with MakeMyTrip.
