Angela's Boutique Homes

I stayed at Angela’s Boutique in Dharamkot for 3 months and had a really great experience. The units are well maintained, clean, and comfortable, each with a kitchen, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is perfect—lovely views and within easy reach of Dharamkot, Bhagsu, and McLeod Ganj—so it was great for exploring the area. I made it my base to work online, and it was perfect for that: peaceful, well set up, and with everything I needed to stay focused and comfortable. HansRaj and the family were very helpful throughout my stay, always available if I needed anything. I was also invited to a few local gatherings, which added a nice community feel. I met some great people staying there too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a home away from home.

Dharamkot is a beautiful, quaint little town that definitely deserves multiple visits just to explore the plethora of activities and the natural beauty of the place. Angela's property was the perfect place to stay for us. It was in a quiet spot, right next to the market yet just secluded enough to find the peace and quiet we all so desperately desire coming from the bustling city life. Angela herself was very warm and helpful, above and beyond what we could have even expected. It was a genuine delight, staying at her place and chatting with her and the other visitors. Her rooms are well maintained and you are provided with everything you could possibly need for your stay, whether it be for a day or the entire month. All in all, when I travel there again, I already know where I'm going to stay.

We spent 5 days at Dharamkot in August and booked Angela’s boutique homes for our first ever visit to this side of the mountains. The stay was everything we had hoped for. The room has everything you can need, from small kitchen space that is perfectly equipped to cook a meal for two, neat bathroom and sufficient bedroom area. I was thrilled to see an open cupboard and a WiFi which isn’t just for show. Dharamkot is basically an entire mountain so you usually go up and down to visit different areas. It’s bustling with life and all sorts of people you can imagine. My favourite part was that Angela’s boutique homes were tucked in one corner right in the middle of everything. So yes you were close to everything cool and hip but if you needed the quiet you came back to your den. And Angela can put any big company customer service to shame. She is available all the time and has the best suggestions to share. We still can’t get over the massage person she suggested. The food Recco’s were great. Dharamkot is gorgeous to be explored on foot and we highly recommend you stay at Angela’s if you want the best of both the world. The quiet and the buzz.

Angela is an amazing host, very warm and welcoming. She helped us with everything and in anytime with a smile. The accommodation was very clean and located in a central place but without any noise from the Main Street We loved staying here and definitely will come back next time !

Angela's is a beautiful place right in the centre of Dharamkot but also surrounded by serenity. It has an ideal location since it's a short walk from the main road, very close to Tushita with Mcleodganj a short walk away too. During the walk to Angela's you might feel the village is a little packed but as you reach the property, the view opens up into beautiful farms. The songs the birds sing in the morning are immense and endless, with a beautiful nature view with farms and mountains to go with it and sunlight coming to your porch and even the rooms if you'd like. No surprises then that my trip originally planned for about a week eventually exceeded a month as I didn't find myself capable or willing to leave the place for I couldn't fathom pastures greener than where i was at Dharamkot and Angela's. The air is clean, there are no sounds or vibrations from automobiles or any other machines, you wake up at your own time and enjoy the sun and the surroundings. It is a beautiful secluded corner, so if peace is what you're looking for, look no further. The property itself is very neatly done. The decor is minimal and functional and very aesthetically pleasing. You'll find everything in order since Raj (the property manager) has an eye for detail too , now that he's been working with Angela for a while too :) The rooms are spacious, all of them have a well functioning kitchen, the bed is great and so is the hot water flowing in the bathroom and the kitchen. Angela herself will ensure that you have everything you need and is an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. Her insights about India were very fun to hear, since she has many that someone like me is bound to miss having been born and raised here. I miss the time i spent there, now that I've been back for a bit. But it's good to know that a place like that exists and, when time permits, it is possible for one to get there quite easily. Thank you Angela (and Raj) for your hospitality and hope to be back sooner than later. P.S : visited multiple times since then , still no second thoughts

It was a very pleasant stay! The rooms are exactly as on the photos, very well equipped and clean. The location is perfect with an incredible view on the mountains 🏔. We had all we needed and any question/ additional service was answered/arranged very quickly and with care for the guests. Angela also gave very nice and good tips about any services/location not only in Dharmkot but also in Delhi, very valuable! Highly recommended!! Probably the best stay you can choose in this area! 💚🌻
