Worst place to stay, no water and lot of noises in the night, smoke smell the rooms not good for families

Cleanliness is not ok at all. Rooms size is ok. But there were stains on bedsheets and blankets. For whatever reason the window in the bathroom had no window or curtain, I hung my towel for privacy. Location is alright it's in the market. People or staff talking loudly very early morning. May b it was a checkin. Lot of things needs improvement. I can share photos but review isn't allowing to post any.

I would recommend to everyone whoever wants to visit or want to go to the Kasol. It's better place to visit if you come here with family, friends and if you are couple They have great staff with great communication.
