Owner was good help all guest about the valley and also treks and accommodation in Kalga and kheergana Property was little high from the arount 30 40 stairs but their staff will help to take and drop our luggage to the property all over okay

I will not recommend this place to anyone for staying. The photos shown on their web page don't really match with the actual rooms. There is no parking which this "hotel" provides. However, there is a paid parking available at Rs 300 per day. The "hotel" doesn't even have a proper access road, instead there are risky steps towards the rooms. There is no one available to carry the customer's luggage. The rooms are stuffy and stinky. The bathroom was dirty. Surprisingly, the commode was broken and was moving. To add to this, the flush pipe which connects to the commode was leaking. We asked the person if we can get it fixed, and he flatly said no. Though there was a geyser in the bathroom, there was no hot water available. The "hotel" doesn't even provide towels to the customers. However, I insisted for towels. They probably gave us their personal towels which were used and stinky. Food was average, nothing extra-ordinary about it, but was very expensive. Overall I would give a score of 1/10 to this place. There is a huge scope for improvement.

WORST PROPERTY IN KASOL 1. No clue why it's listed as a 3-star property. They provide no basic amenities like towel, toiletries, telephone, water, bucket, etc. 2. Entering the washroom was like a nightmare. By the time we reached the hotel, it was midnight, and there was poop in the commode. They cleaned the washroom but we still couldn't use as the washroom was extremely creepy. Neither was the geyser working at -2°. 3. OVERPRICED: We paid 3,500 for one night, but they should not he charging more than 700-1000 rs for this kind of room. 4. The property is located next to a dustbin. We booked a room with a private balcony, but if you open the balcony, all you'll see is garbage. 5. The owner is rude. We someone spent a few hours in that dingy room as it was late night and we had journeyed for more than 12 hrs. When we wanted to leave early morning, he expected us to pay the entire amount for the next day as well. He couldn't force us to pay, but he tried his best to squeeze some more money out of us after we had already wasted 3,500.

Very weird to see the overall review because the current scenario when i went there is nothing but 0 star. 1. Rooms - are very unclean, dingy with dirty linen. This cant even be for a Rs. 300 stay but they had the audacity to charge 3000+ for it. Basic amenities like towel, toiletries, telephone, hot water on tap. 2. Washrooms - are dirty on a different level - literally unusable. 3. Major red flags and Rude people - By the time we reached the hotel, it was midnight, and when we entered the room there was POOP in the commode!!! ( not attaching the specific pic to not disturb the readers with what i had to deal with) when i confronted the owner/manager instead of apologizing or taking action first response was to charge at us, then he gave excuses and then asked to leave - I was okay to leave the place if he refunded but he denied that also. After some to and fro he got the washroom cleaned but we still couldn't use as the washroom as it was still dirty and neither was the geyser working at -2°. 5. The owner/manager displayed his true colors again in the next morning - We somehow spent a few hours in that dingy room as it was late night. Early morning we decided to leave and was able to find 10 times better accomodation within 100metres. While we were leaving the owner/manager tried to bully and extort the second day's entire amount which hadn't even started. 5. The property is located next to a literal dustbin. We booked a room with a private balcony, but when we opened the balcony, all we saw was garbage. I hope others find this helpful. If you are really looking for accomodation in same area then there are lots of better places than this!!

Pathetic property. Misleading images. Dirty and smelly rooms and washrooms. Owner is arrogant and does not accept the issues when pointed out. The amount we paid for a family room was too high (Rs. 5,500 for one night) while the homestay was not even of 1 star level.

I loved the location and calmness around the place during my solo trip to Kasol. Food was particularly tasty with adequate quantity. My stay was 3D/2N and cost was very budget friendly. Easy access to market and other major bars in Kasol. Im for sure planning to return back for this winter.

Total fraud, don't stay here, it's a horrible experience for us , vikash Bhatt the owner is very rude and a complete cheater. Location wise they deserve zero , quality of food they deserve zero , rooms are horrible, bathroom looks like common toilet ,we stay here for 2 days ( 29th &30th December 2023 )we paid full in advance that's why we don't have any other option . My request to all don't think about blue moon in kasol , they are completely cheater. Vikash Bhatt and his full family including his father, and mother doing a complete cheating business here. Dirty rooms,broken door , dirty and burned blanket and over priced food are there buisness. Please don't pay any advance to vikash otherwise you will be in a trap of vikash like us. I took lots of photographs and trying to publish publicly in their website.
