A wonderful place to stay! The market is just a few steps away. In front of the house there is a bench from which you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The house is very nice and stylishly furnished. It is also very clean! The owner is a very kind and helpful person who is a pleasure to talk to. Thank you brother for your help! I will definitely come back sometime!

This place is small for hosting large groups of people . The person looking after the property is great , the food they serve is also good but the only thing is the number of washrooms for the total group of persons is only 1 . I understand the sub zero point but can increase at least the number of toilets for large groups of people

Authentic Kaza experience. Cozy common room with wood stove. Friendly, helpful host, good vibes. Good food at reasonable price. Facilities were a bit Spartan but well maintained. Overall good value for money, we had a great stay and would come again.

On our trip to Spiti, we choose to stay here. The property offers both dorms and private rooms at affordable tariffs. It also has a common room to watch tv, play board games and to meet and greet other travellers. The only problem is the common washroom which is outside and tends to be a bit challenging at night during the winter season. The caretakers provide hot water on request which helps one to beat the freezing cold. The property also homes 4-6 community dogs who are playful and will make your stay an extra special if you’re an animal lover.

Located directly at the bus station. Very nice host who offers great meals for breakfast and dinner. Interesting conversations over dinner and you really feel like coming home. Common room is heated but rooms are not (enough blankets provided though). Thanks for everything we would come back anytime!

This place is located very close to the city centre. Had an amazing stay here. Sanjay (Sanju) the owner is an absolute gentleman. Super polite. The staff is amazing. Rooms are super neat and clean. One will never be bored. There are so many puppies and dogs to play with. If you're looking for a budget stay. Definitely book this one. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. Overall I had a great stay experience.
