I recently stayed at Palchen House in Kaza, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the host, Tsering, made us feel right at home with their exceptional hospitality and warm demeanor. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh bedsheets and cozy blankets that kept us warm during the chilly nights. It’s rare to find such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort in remote areas, but Palchen House surpassed all expectations. The highlight of our stay was the mid sitting area with the chimney. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, surrounded by the soft glow of the fire and the charm of traditional utensils. The ambiance was both authentic and relaxing, making every moment memorable. What truly made our stay special were the sweet little kids who added so much warmth and joy to the place. Their cheerful smiles and playful energy made us feel like we were part of the family. It was heartwarming to see them around, and they truly made our experience even more delightful. If you’re planning a trip to Kaza, I strongly recommend Palchen House. It’s not just a place to stay but a home filled with warmth, love, and unforgettable memories. Such a lovely family, they treated us like there own. Achi cooks the best food and it was so great talking to them and staying with them. Had one of the best time of my life and will stay here only if I visit Kaza again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Palchhen house....host were also welcoming...room was comfortable with all the amenities ....but what really made my stay special was delicious local cuisine...❤️

Stay was cozy and very good . Liked the welcoming nature of Guru Ji and mam . Really felt like home . Due to them Spiti trip was ++ .
