The staff members are very unreliable about the booking plan and they have limited knowledge with zero common sense, they kept insisting us to cancel the booking due to their diversity of customers as they mention a list of Russian tourists booked but haven’t paid nor reserved despite we paying them even having the receipt and confirmation The management so far claimed to be a “caretaker” advising us to cancel for those Russian people, as per your information we are international students studying here in India. This situation has already been said enough the way they talked to us and made me sick It went so far that they assumed us alcoholic people ! I felt disgusted!!! The way they changed the Russian customer to owner of the place to Canadian to German back to Russian to successfully persuading us on cancelling our vacation . Well done ! Don’t be fool to be thinking this review is fake I would not be writing this without any reason Please consider other opinions!

"I recently stayed at this A-frame cottage in Manali, and it was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had! The views from the balconies were absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains and an incredible view of seven waterfalls cascading in the distance. Waking up to such scenery was magical, and every moment there felt like a retreat into nature. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape into nature with amazing views and a serene atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!"

We had to cancel the booking at the last moment as they insisted us to cancel as they preferred Russian customer over us. In the beginning they said they have Russian customer to check in on the same day amd later they were saying the owner of the cottage is Russian and thereafter they Said the owner is Canadian who got married to a German man and technically the cottage belongs to a German. This the story shared us to make to cancel the booking done via agoda. The care taker showed us the booking via FaceTime and under the active booking our booking was showing yet he said it's now ours. Due to the unreliable booking we had to cancel it which was already fully paid and confirmed to check in on 31 Oct 2024.

The worst resort I’ve ever encountered. Avoid booking this place at all costs! There is no staff available to assist, and the resort is located at a steep height from the road, making it nearly impossible to carry luggage up the steps. I had to cancel my stay because of these issues. Please save yourself the trouble—don’t book and don’t suffer!

We recently stayed in black a frame, manali during our manali trip. The overall experience was awesome ... The staff was polite and very helpful in all possible way although they were not there.. The view from this location was really amazing especially at night with star gazing.. It also have a small kitchen with all necessary things you need.. If you are planning on coming to manali then I would suggest you to stay at black a frame whether you are coming with family, friends or as a couple... The room were also cozy the only thing that I didn't like is that it was off season right now so was not well maintained... Otherwise a very good and quite place to stay at old manali They also have some very beautiful cottages even in sissu so you can also stay there if you want to stay in sissu.

After the payment and booking, the owner doesnt pick the call untill we contact the customer service from the particular App from which we booked…The location to reach the property is so worst you need to climb around nearly 50-60steps in the middle of the mountain without any support …and when we reached at the location nobody where at the location or even made arrangements to get the room keys…Its not at all for the travellers with heavy luggages or who are along with kids…Please think twice before booking this property.

First of all The staffs don’t have any manners.we booked the room,paid and confirmed the room but instead of getting welcomed with a warm smile,we were harshly told to cancel the room so another family can stay.honestly I would not recommend this home for anyone not even my enemies

One of the unique place for nature lovers. My family have been bored with hotel and their food. Here we got family accommodation, where in we make cook own food also. Best view of entire Manali with lots of waterfalls. I would love to visit this new technology of A Frame stay. Worth full and trustworthy.
