Spring House holds a special place in our hearts! The location is absolutely breathtaking, and the home-cooked food was nothing short of amazing. Every moment of our stay was a delight. Staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and the service here, so much that we kept extending. Clean and very spacious rooms, impeccable view of the pine forest opposite the building, away from the hustle in New/Old Manali but also conveniently located only a 15-20min walk to both. When we had a problem with the wifi, it was immediately repaired. Room service available and delicious food. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and overall wouldn’t recommend, which is a shame because we enjoyed the quiet location and spring water. The energy of the place was just poor. Cons were more than pros so we’ll start there. The owner is not present and his general attitude is not caring, hospitable, or apologetic about the inconveniences of the place. The kitchen rarely got our orders right - curd and lassis were often sour, meals were way over-spiced when we repeatedly requested sattvic food as we were sick, and it took an hour to order simple cornflakes or tea every. single. time.! Mind you this is low season. Our room was okay - view was nice but living room had no pillows on the couch at all (as shown in photos) which made it uncomfortable to lounge. There were several leak spots from the ceiling that soaked our electronics one night, and soaked the couch which had visible mold you could smell and even see if you simply lift up the cushion. We saw mice in the room on several occasions, and there was some kind of animal activity (movement and fighting) living in the roof overhead, as we were on the top floor, which is so super unpleasant to hear and experience. For us the location was nice and quiet besides the days the neighbor was doing ongoing construction on his roof, and the walk is a bit far to Old Manali (half hour each way) but if you have a car then maybe it will be easier for you.

The host is completely uninterested in booking. he kept on saying i will share the details but he didn't and now he has blocked the dates which i asked to book on all the online booking sites He does not even denied and kept on saying that don't worry your stay will be booked and now he is not picking up our calls

The geyser didn't function at all . The view from the room is nice. No bonfire was allowed even after requests. Bonfire is on a paid basis. The owner is not present. The caretaker tries his best possible way. Hygiene was not that great. Cabs are not that frequently available near by property. From the mall road it costs approximately 300 by cab to reach the destination. We didn't have a great experience.

Poor experience.. no proper communication, arrogance is highlighted everywhere. Proceed the booking only if you have no other options.
