1) Gave already used room. 2) Pillow cases, blanket, bed sheet seemed unwashed. I couldn't even sit in the room for more than an hour and the moment I found a better Hotel i shifted to a different Hotel. I paid the full amount and was there in the hotel for only an hour. 3) The room was smelling damp. 4) The washroom was not clean and had flies in it. 5) Already used soap lying in the washroom with hair on it. I don't recommend The Hostelers Homestay Shimla to anyone.

Basic water facility during the emergency was not available. Water is not available 24*7. The hotel staff was not supportive. Blankets were not washed. The hotel location was not good, not access to the main markets or other facilities.
