Snow Drop Home Shimla

I stayed in the hotel here for 2 days and 4 nights. The weather here is very beautiful and pleasant and the food is very tasty. I also had breakfast.

One of my best experiences was staying at the snowdrop home. This place is completely isolated from the crowd, with no noise, and no pollution. A very quiet place surrounded by hills, in the morning a different feel comes from the sound of fresh air birds. The owner of the snowdrop treated us like friends, their hospitality was awesome. Food was awesome like home, you will not feel that you are eating outside food. Each and everything was extremely beyond the expectations. We went as guests and came back as friends. Really we enjoyed staying a lot and would like to stay again.

Fantastic homestay with 4 - 3 bed rooms & 1 - 2 bed tent available. The location is very special as you descend down into the valley and enter a quiet bliss. The climate & scenery make for a picturesque location with lots of green space to explore around. The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you!

We travelled with our family to Snow Drop in Oct 2022 and our experience was excellent. Great food, great ambience in the lap of nature and great staff. It was so wonderful to be hosted by MR Sunil and his team who are such humble and down to earth person. Our kids enjoyed trekking , camping , bonfire , wood house and everything that was arranged by them

It is best place for adults, couples; This place is close to waterfall and a little downhill away from any distractions like NH noise. Owner is really nice and this place is close to a forest like place, so best place for hikers, couples or someone who just want to witness nature. But for older people please note you have to walk for 10 meters to get there, cabs can be available if you just let the owner know at cheapest possible rates in Shimla. Again owner is really good, prices are genuine too, and there is no place in Shimla I have been where the food quality match or even come closer to this homestay. Have a nice stay ! Sorry for bad English not my native language and I'm not a photographer too 😁

Nothing to drop only 5 star nothing less i can think of this place. Bored in the mall road we were looking for a quiet place and then happened this place. To reach here the drive from helipad is little risky but dont worry its been taken care of by mr sunil the host here you will geta pick up or you will get a driver to bring the vehicle The place is in a hillock and not that stable network . Dont worry good wifi available The place is very cold and shivery dont worry you will get hot water either heater or from kitchen You are bored and nothing to do. Dont worry ther have shuttle bats and other things with play are Good food . I got one of the best chicken curry here. Bored in the room . You have tents and tree house to chill. And the place is great and thanks Mr. Sunil Chauhan for being a great host

We were friends and family and needed place to stay with little tight budget, as we already stayed somewhere else on high price in Shimla before. So here the manager (Sunil) helped US in every way like bone fire , meals, props etc. He entertained us with his local music (tabla) it was very refreshing. What I liked most about was that staff was very humble and that stay was in the nature within the village (they will take you down by their own convince). If you are looking for reasonable stay (every *OTHER* stay will charge you minimum 2k-3k per night) in Shimla with everything must visit this place. Sakshi Gupta

This place is located in a valley so reaching is little difficult but the staff will provide you with all the facilities and transportation. Hospitality is very nice and makes you feel like home. Sunil Chauhan, owner of this place is very responsive and helped us in making our trip and particularly sight seeing successful and memorable. Facilities here are less when compared to other hotels but are good enough to the price of the stay offered. So I suggest this place to people who want to stay away from City and spend some quality time with friends and family.
