One of the best place I have ever stayed in my life owner is very welcoming. They help you in every thing. Near to Mall Road. They serve you homely cooked food. Property is like newly built. I recommend. Rooms are neat and clean. Located in peaceful place.

This bnb fulfill my all need and requirement mr dhananjay guided us well I recommend this property it is close to mall road rooms were near and clean. Every thing is near by. Peaceful location if you are looking a stay in Shimla i recommend this family place. Rooms were nicely decorated and beautiful

worst location: at least 100+ ft below from road with very dangerous and steep stairs. nothing is nearby to eat or general item||Very egoistic owner with greedy: On refusing cab from him, he did his best to cancel the ongoing booking by just refunding the booking amount and even threaten us to go to police station. It was just becoz we were just bargaining the price of taxi , later on after so much effort and taking taxi for 2200 for IIAS and jakhu temple by Celerio car from 2-6 pm.||Rooms: two rooms were booked, one was normal in size and second was very small room, with no exhaust and no tv, no space to open cupboard. No fan is there as these days.. temp is more than 35 degrees.||Services: borrowed food from other place with 25% Service charge.||transparency: Nirvana BnB and Puri Bnb both are same building.||Notes:-||1. No RO water was provided ,no nearby shop for water is there.||2. Owner warned us not to wash daily use cloths.||3. Western Toilets are provided without Toilet papers. He refused to provide toilet papers.||4. There was a Transparent window without curtains in bathroom no privacy at all.||5. Mall Raod is accessible with very dangerous and steep stairs with atleast 30 min walk. your lungs will come to your mouth..||6. They post their terrace rooms only for attracting tourists.

Cleanliness is very important to us and this place was really unclean. There was dog hairs on the toilet seat, bathroom was worn out and unclean, and the pillows and bed stank - the pillows were yellow stained and had insects crawling inside the pillow cases. The location is sketchy. Not a pleasant place at all. All the 5 star reviews appear bogus as don't reflect the real situation. We left without staying a night as couldn't face how grim it was. I'm hoping this review will help others avoid such a horrible experience. Edit: just seen the predictable response from the unscrupulous owner. You will notice this is a standard response to negative reviews. I have certainly learnt to take photos if this happens in the future.

The rooms are really skanky and horrible - they are dirty and smelly. Bathroom, beds and pillows were dirty. The location is bad too - quite a sketchy and long walk from Mall Rd. The owner is definitely paying for fake 5 star reviews - which are bogus. We had such an unpleasant experience here. Really felt unclean - gross.

This hotel is awesome. The owner - Mr. Dhananjay Puri is very supportive and quick at response for all kind of assistance. The care taker - Mr. Bhavesh Patel ji is also very supportive and punctual at his services. The food is also very tasty. I would like to recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Their staff is extremely nice & co-operate a lot with clients. We used to get a call from owner if we need any help whenever we were out late. It's really sweet. Stay is also amazing. It's peaceful & place is quite clean & budget friendly.
