A Home Away from Home – Perfect Stay at Rizell Alexis We stayed at Rizell Alexis for four nights while visiting Shimla for our parents’ anniversary, and it truly felt like home. The apartment was incredibly relaxing, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace—whether at sunrise or during the peaceful evenings, the view was simply breathtaking. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, making our stay even more special. A special mention to Mr. Raj, our host, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His warm hospitality and guidance made us feel like part of the family. For food, I highly recommend ordering from Salt and Sugar, a nearby restaurant. Their food was delicious and complemented our stay perfectly. If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful, and well-equipped stay in Shimla, Rizell Alexis is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Bad Experience at Rizell Alexis, Shimla *Misleading Location Information* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Rizell Alexis in Shimla, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Mr Raj convince me to book the property with out Airbnb so that no issues can be raised and took all the money in cash when reached to the location. Be aware of the bad practices from the property owner like Raj. Location is very inconvenient almost 1.3 kms from the main road.The primary issue was the misleading information provided by the host regarding the location. Upon arrival, I found that the property was situated quite far from the main road, requiring a steep and arduous climb. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues. The lack of clear information about the location's accessibility led to frustration and disappointment. The host's representation of the location was grossly inaccurate, which led to unrealistic expectations. As a result, I felt misled and deceived, which negatively impacted my overall experience. It's essential for hosts to provide accurate and detailed information about their properties to avoid such situations.

Mr. Raj is an exceptional host and has an amazing property in Shimla. I visited his place with my friends and had an amazing stay. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in images and is highly recommended. Would definitely be visiting again :)

The apartment was very clean, and Raj Ji provided proper guidance on where to go. Both Raj and the caretaker were available on a single call. If you're visiting Shimla, you won't find a better option than this. We will definitely use this service again soon.

It was a really great experience. The stay is very good, clean, and perfect to enjoy with friends and family. If you are travelling to Shimla, then this is a must visit place. The view is also great from there and is quite peaceful. The host was very cooperative. Loved the overall experience!

Rizell Alexis apartment is awesome,it's facilities are worth saying. Service is exceptional and there is a relaxing vibes in the place. The best is its balcony from where the mountains looks amazing which gives a feeling of peace.Room was Lovely and comfortable or cosy.I enjoyed my stay which made my trip very well. This property made us feel home away from home so clean with luxury ambiance which a star hotel also lack to provide like this property. We really look forward to stay again when ever we visit shimla. Especially the manager Ratna and the owner are down to earth making you feel comfortable all the time. Thankyou uncle and Ratan best manager ever seen so far. Words are less to describe but every moment we spent year were memorable.
