Crossroads Shimla ( Near Mall Road)

I stayed there for two days…everything was good there. The staff was too polite and calm.Rooms were clean, spacious and hygienic, the food was good. The owner was such a pleasant person that i have ever seen. Highly recommended this place to visit.

One of the best hotels if you talk about cleanliness and hospitality.. my visit to crossroads was great. Walking distance from mall , great ambience and great food which added up to a great experience over all....highly recommended 👏

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious, the location is nice, and the staff addressed our queries immediately. I would like to make a special mention of the owner of the property, Mr. Sumeet Sood ji, who went out of his way to courier an expensive shoe that I had left at the property, making the overall experience wonderful.

Best place to stay in shimla.clean rooms. Very good staff . Location is at the mall road owner mr. Summet sood is just great man to greet you at the door.

A great place to stay when visiting shimla. I booked the room for a weekend at around 2800 per night but i was happy with the room. Above all the service provided was amazing. The staff is polite and helps you in every way. They even provided us with an iron without any extra charges. The location is a bit far from main attractions like The Mall road but the hotel is drive in.
