Happy home stay is a good place situated at around 1.5 km from Malpe beach. The locality is calm and quiet and perfect for families. Food delivery is available from nearby restaurants and culinary can be arranged by Mr. Gilbert and family who lives in the same place. Mr. Gilbert is very helpful and he can guide you with places, restaurants and any information needed.

Rooms are neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was simple but good enough. No nearby restaurants available in the area. Beds are neatly arranged and extra beds are provided by them. Owners are really friendly and suggested places to visit.

A beautiful and comfortable stay! I highly recommend this place, especially since it's close to Malpe Beach. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring all our transportation needs were taken care of.

We stayed at Happy Home Stay as a group of 8, hoping to rest after a long journey, but it turned out to be a deeply unpleasant experience. Despite paying extra for additional beds, there were blankets for only 5 people and no bedsheets for the extra mattresses. When we called the owner, Mr. Gilbert, to address this, instead of resolving the issue professionally, he argued with us and arrived at 11 PM to engage in a heated conversation. Shockingly, he demanded an additional ₹300 for the bedsheets, despite us already paying for the extra beds, and accused us of making "new laws" by requesting basic necessities. Exhausted from our journey, we had no choice but to manage with what was available. The morning brought further disappointment when the AC stopped working, and hot water was sufficient for only two people, forcing the rest to take cold showers. The owner's behavior was unprofessional and rude, leaving us with a sour experience. I would not recommend this stay to anyone looking for a hospitable and stress-free experience.

The rooms aren't worth 6k and 4k(2rooms)31st and 1st. Basically we can get these OYO rooms for 800 .We asked for a discount and the owner Gilbert Fernandes threatened us by locking the door of our room which was truly uncalled for. No breakfast, only coffee. Happy home stay to be changed to unhappy home stay.

We wr given a small room with very small bathroom, nt happy with the stay. They charged Rs 1300 for a non AC room with bed that's very hard to use. The photos they shared wr wow but the reality hitted hard.
