Best stay near kudle beach, The caretaker is very sweet and helpful. The washroom was clean, ac was good. If you guys love nature and want peace from your hustling bustling life then don't think twice and book it right away.

Beach Beat is surrounded by greenery, and it is absolutely peaceful. Rooms were clean, and the owner was super polite and helpful. Kudle Beach is just 2 minutes walking distance from the stay. Perfect for people who love the luxuries of nature.

I went with some friends and we took 2 rooms on ground floor. My friend room was with many cockroaches. But staff were friendly and gave them a new room. Our room was nice. It is spacious and it is fine to price. Location bit too inside. But staff very nice they showed us way to beach, recommended hotels. One uncle is there he is very friendly and sweet.

Very friendly care taker...our room had difficulty with power so he immediately changed out room...he personally came to collect our lugagge as we need to walk from parking...loaction is superb away from crowd and peaceful..we all women went with kids and felt secure

It is a decent home stay, the room I took had a double bed and one single bed. The room was clean enough. The bathroom was decent. One issue I faced the AC did not have a remote and was stuck at one temperature and the fan did not have a regulator and was stuck at one speed. Other than that it was fine.

We got this place for very cheap, under 3500 for 4 people, 2 rooms, 2 nights. They were flexible enough to extend our stay for another 2 hours at no extra cost. Nice and peaceful ambience, 1 min walking from the beach. Can chill in there lawn area as well. Rooms were clean. Reaching here is a little bit tricky, and you get hot water from a common bathroom, but still too good at this price. They carry all your luggage to and fro, and make sure you are comfortable.

Room is very worst not maintained, family can not stay in that room, bathroom is full of leaking

It’s a very humble place to stay as a last resort. We travelled on a long holiday weekend and had no other place available to book. Rooms are average. Sheets and bed spreads are bad in shape and have multiple holes. Bathroom experience terrible. Water was not available for taking a bath Only reason for 2 is because host was courteous and nice. Very friendly and was accommodative to basic requests of extra towels, plates, etc.
