Niyama Beach Stay

Disappointed with the accessibility and location guidance We booked our stay at Niyama expecting a peaceful getaway, but getting there was a real hassle. There’s no proper road access — we had to park our car around 500 meters away and walk, which is extremely inconvenient, especially during the monsoon when the path becomes difficult and slippery. The location on Google Maps is also very confusing, and due to poor network coverage in Gokarna, it was nearly impossible to contact the hotel staff for help. It took us almost an hour just to locate the place. The hotel should definitely put clear signboards along the way and improve directions and communication. It’s not the kind of start you want to a vacation.

Location is amazing but you don't have parking here at the property. You will have to park 1 km away from your location and during monsoon they don't have proper drainage system water was filled up in entire property and there was no way or passage for water to go out.

Beautiful ocean view, Well maintained room , nice property, tasty food Frndly staff, Peacefull vibe✌️, worth of money. We Literally enjoyed our trip at Niyama Will definitely visit here again 🌅

I had an amazing stay at Niyama Beach Stay! The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, offering peace and calm away from the crowds. The rooms were neat, clean, and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—I’d love to visit again!
