Golden Garden Homestay Hampi

The service was superb, and the location was both mesmerizing and convenient for exploring South Hampi. The rooms were basic but met our needs, as we spent most of our time exploring and returned late. Overall, it offered the perfect balance of price, service, and location based on our requirements.

It's good homestay near to virupaksha temple in hampi. They provide accomodation as well as food and drinking water facility. You'll get hot water for bath in your rooms itself. Room quality is good. Talking about food quality, what a tasty breakfast and dinner it was. Man, I can't describe the food, specially 'sabji', in words. There are lots of items in menu and everything was just awesome. The owner Mahesh is also friendly and kind. Thanks for everything "Golden Garden"✨

Very bad experience to stay there. Lots of insects and reptiles inside the room, hot water problem. No cleanliness. Food taste was bad.

We have been there for 3 nights. The room is really simple, beds, a bamboo bar for hanging up clothes and a separate bathroom. Don't expect a luxury hotelroom, it's simple BUT totally the experience worth it. The location looks really beautiful, it's next to the river with the ferry to the monkey temple. You can walk 15 minutes through in the villagecenter where other tuktuks are. The people are friendly and there is lots to see on the way. The owner of the hostel and his wife are really nice people and helped us for example with the ferry or ordering a tuktuk from the hostel. They also have a cheap restaurant there. They cook really delicious food and (if you ask for it) not spicy at all :) We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back!

Nice stay. Location is bang on. In front of the river and surrounded by trees, market is also just walking distance. Full family is taking care of the place, so stay is really clean, neat and peaceful, I stayed here for 10 days.

Golden garden homestay is undoubtedly a very budget friendly option for Accomodation in South hampi. It is located in very close proximity to the Virupaksha Temple, hemakuta hills and Hampi bazaar. Rooms are not too fancy but all the basic necessities are present and honestly their food is truly amazing. They have a wide range of menu and are very affordable. The owner also helps you with any other information you may need for sightseeing around hampi like scooty rentals, mopeds and he will also book autos / tuk tuk for very reasonable price at request. Overall, as we were just two female travellers we held safety and comfort as our prime importance and it was well provided by this homestay

the road was getting developed. The host is very nice and friendly. Rooms don’t have mirrors, hot water issues and washrooms can be better
