LEE HOMESTAY

LEE Guesthouse is run by a family that takes care of the guesthouse very well. The rooms are clean. I enjoyed the location a little bit outside of the super touristic area. Still it is very close to the heart of Hampi. I want to especially highly recommend a tuk tuk driver Chiru who was driving us around and showing all the places around Hampi. He was very helpful with all the issues that were appearing during our travel. He made our stay an unforgettable experience in Hampi. I recommend asking for Chiru’s service!

I would highly recommend this homestay. It's very comfortable with clean room and washroom. Shiva is very polite and was good with response. He arranged vehicle for pickup from our bus stop and made sure we had a nice stay. If you are looking for a clean and neat homestay, I would definitely recommend this..!!

BIGGEST FRAUD. I could give 0 rating if I had an option. Shiva Lee, the owner took advance by talking very smoothly and our plan got cancelled due to a family emergency which I informed very early. He was supposed to refund but stopped responding. Picked up the call once and said he is an older citizen from Mysore, next time said he is Shiva only but haven't received any money though I have the proof. BIG LIAR and BIG CHEAT, PLEASE DONT GO.

I recently had a delightful 2 days stay at Lee homestay. The cozy ambiance, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality made it a home away from home. The host's attention to details, comfortable and memorable experience. Lee homestay arranged Auto rickshaw(Chiru) tour guide helped us to show Hampi in 2 days. Chiru is very humble & knows Kannada Telugu English & Hindi which makes our journey experience well. He also arranged our 3rd day stay at "The Sundown" having wonderful location of North Hampi. Really appreciate your help & support..

Be aware!! Don't book or pay advances. He is a fraudster, took advance amount of 3k and the day before visit said that his grandfather passed away and not providing rooms. He has not sent money back. Not responding to calls also. Pls don't get cheated.

Visited Hampi for our New year's Eve celebration and stayed at Lee Homestay. First thing first, I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the place. We got our room at 8 AM and it was super clean with fresh lines, towels and sheets. Washroom is pretty big compared to the room and has all the basis stuffs like soap, towel, buckets. Hot water available 24*7. Now coming to Shiva, who is the owner. He will go beyond his means to make sure his guests are having a pleasant stay. My husband wanted to go to the market to get some food, Shiva offered his own bike as we were not having any personal vehicle. Not only this, Shiva arranged a candlelight dinner table for us on his own balcony so that we could celebrate our New Years eve . His mother made amazing Chicken fry for us for snacks. In one word, if you are in Hampi , Lee Homestay is 100% recommended. Breakfast served is also good . We chose dosa and paddu.

We stayed for two nights at Lee homestay. The place has a great warmth. The host, Siva, is a pleasant and soft spoken young man. He took great pains to make our stay great. The place is neat and clean like your own home. Highly recommended.

Beware of this property owner, he insists for advance Money and once you pay he stops responding to call. I had pre-booked for peak season almost 45 days in advance, he persuaded for advance payment even it was pay at property booking. He said he will provide receipt for my payment but after payment he stopped responding. Just one day before booking date, he sent message that because his property is illegal and HC has ordered to close all illegal Homestays therefore he is cancelling all bookings and will refund booking about. After that he stopped responding and didn't refund the booking amount. Beware of this fraud.
