RVM homestay

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Hampi! The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, peaceful vibe. The room was spacious and well-ventilated, with a lovely balcony and access to a terrace that’s perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always ready to help. They genuinely cared about our comfort, patiently listened to our requests, and even helped us with travel arrangements around Hampi. We really appreciated their flexibility they kindly offered to extend our checkout time, which made our last day much easier. Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and friendly place to stay in Hampi, this homestay is a fantastic choice!

Rooms are decent as per the rates. This is in the middle of the village. All the temples and attractions are nearby. So it was very convenient to stay there. But there is one catch as soon as you book here then you will receive one call one day before or the same day morning saying that he is the brother of RVM homestay owner and he is a rickshaw driver. His name is Hanumantha. He will tell you he will help you with all the spots and will insist to hire him. If you are first timer he will tell you in hampi roads are narrow your car will not reach there All these are lies, you will find proper car parkings at almost every locations. The scam is he will take you to the different shops where he will have his commission to bring the customers. He will take you to the restaurants where he gets to eat free or his meal will be added in your bill. He will take you to the Coracle ride where the normal rate is around 250 to 300 per person but after his commission you will be charged around 600 per person. It is a request to owner please do not share your customers mobile number with these rickshaw drivers. So if you are planning trip with your vehicle please use it or hire self drive cars or scooters.

It Exceeded our expectations. At the outset, the place looks to be in the middle of a crowded village. But once you go to the top and inside the rooms, its beautiful. The terrace is calm, private and stay has all amenities. The best part was the host Manjunath and family who are very hospitable and helpful in everything. Would definitely recommend the stay for this budget for everyone. The location is also excellent where we have access to all important places nearby.

Rooms are big, spacious and clean. The host and his family are very courteous and helpful. Had a nice time here in the ac room. All famous tourist spots are nearby and within a radius of 3-4 kms. Will definitely recommend staying here. Parking space is enough for 1 car.

Clean and Best service. The best part was the host Manjunath and family who are very helpful in everything. Would definitely recommend the stay for everyone. The location is also excellent where we have access to all important places nearby.

A few kilometers from virupaksha temple and has really decent rooms with both ac and non ac options. Owners are very understanding and decent people. Affordable staying option also has a nice local breakfast place in front of it.
