The rooms were not clean and the property is not getting maintained. We have booked there 2 of the delux rooms where it was not cleaned and not now services available and homestay owner was also hospitable. Water was also not available for drinking also. Dead cockroaches were available all over and as a allergic person it was a horrible experience. Coming to breakfast food quality was good. They served poha and poori and curry and quantity was too less. For 4 people 3 pooris each was given. When asked for more there was no response after telling yes. Property having a scenic view that is the only thing one can have. And perticularly it was 10 kms from town so cab drivers auto drivers charged more to reach the hotel.

Worst experience ever: 1. Room was not clean, Ants, cockroaches and frog was on the bed. 2. Service was not good, we requested for bedsheet on 2nd day, but not provided. 3. Approaching road was narrow and bushes coming from both sides, Vehicle got scratches. 4. Play area was very dirty and not maintained and it was not safe for children. 5. Swimming pool was dirty and dead frogs were there in it. 6. Staff behavior and services was very poor To prove it all please check attached photos and videos.

It sounds like we had a nice experience overall, enjoying the serene ambiance of the coffee estate and the amenities like the swimming pool. While the food may not have been exceptional, it's good to hear that our stay was pleasant. Offering larger food quantities for bigger groups could indeed enhance the experience for guests. It seems like there's potential for the owner to further develop the property, which could make future stays even more enjoyable.

"The resort did not meet our expectations based on the photos, which seem to have been taken when it was better maintained. During our two-day stay, the bedsheet in our room was dirty, and our request for a change was not fulfilled. The room had ants, cockroaches, and even a frog on the bed, and it smelled unpleasant. The approaching road is very narrow and caused scratches on our car. The swimming pool was not clean, with frogs found in it. Edited 25-07-24: After my initial review, the owner responded by questioning its authenticity. To clarify, I have attached photos and will post videos in a separate review to support my claims. The actual condition of the resort and the play area, which poses safety risks, differs significantly from the promotional photos. Owner: Please consider this feedback for improvement."

Pros: 1.Serene location amidst a coffee estate. 2.Good nature vibes with cool weather. 3. Comfortable tent stay. 4.Complimentary breakfast is delicious and adds value Cons: 1.Off-road journeys from the main road may be challenging. 2.Service quality doesn't match the price. 3.No power supply in tents for device charging. 4.Security concerns for valuable items in tents. 5.Tent orientation doesn't offer a lake view. Additional charges for bonfires and meals.

Worst stay ever The lady who is the owner/caretaker in the property is very rude and ungracious. She doesnt know how to treat her guests. The property is good with a good view but i would request not to visit this property because the lady’s behaviour makes it the worst stay ever. She is not capable of providing dinner, we understand its a home stay but she denied to serve the dinner even when she has a complete menu and cook. She clearly said no for the dinner. There are no proper arrangements, no towels or any other thing provided in the stay. She speaks so badly to her customers, i was staying in her property and had a small request from her to move the single cot to other room but she denied for that and asked me to not speak to her at all. She mentioned that she doesnt want to speak to me at all. This is the worst behavior one can expect from the homeowner or caretaker. Please do not waste your precious time and money in dealing with this kind of nonsense.
