Had a great stay here. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and pretty clean. The location is quite peaceful. Being a homestay, you will get to use a hall, bedroom and kitchen as part of your booking - giving you a feel of another home away from home. They provide induction heater in the kitchen wherein you can boil a tea or coffee. Hot water is available 24 hours in the bathroom. They also provide a power backup in case of power failures. The scenic view that you get to see from the balcony is amazing. The staff is very courteous and helpful. There is a big parking space available on the backside.

Had a good and comfortable 2 day stay here with family. Owner is very helpful and receptive. This was the first time i stayed in a home stay and believe me, it is much better than staying in a hotel. This place is very nearer to the main centre. Parking is available for 4 wheeler but be careful as road to this place is steep. Drinking water and other utilities were made available by the time we check-in. You can get homemade wine and coorg coffee powder for additional charge. Breakfast they provided tasted good. Definitely recommend this place.

Prince was an excellent host. Breakfast was provided promptly. Minor Issues were addressed immediately. Rooms were clean. RO was provided. Plates, glasses and cutlery too along with induction gas for heating or making tea. A general store is right outside the property. Overall excellent stay at budgeted price.

It was nice experience to stay here, neat and clean room. Owner of this proper is nice person. Room was cleaned properly and sanitized. It also had purifier for water, utensils to prepare food. Although it was nice palace to stay, but there can be improvement in breakfast, there was no choice of breakfast other than set dosa (but it was good) and tea. Except breakfast, it is amazing place to stay

Clean and hygienic place. It's like a 2 BHK. Although the price is per room plus common area. So if you're 2 people then they'll open up just 1 room for you and you'll have access to the hall and kitchen. The washroom was big and clean. The kitchen had necessary amenities to be able to cook or heat your food. The location is not that pretty and from outside also it looks like a newly built normal building, something I was not looking for in a hilly area. I'd prefer this place as a backup option but not my first choice. The owner is helping as he let us keep the luggage over there even after checking out.

Located 10 mins from city centre, we had booked 2bhk and were allotted in ground floor. the rooms were cozy and clean Kitchen has basic cutleries, kettle and induction stove(no utensils though) Booked in airbnb and 2.5 per night, breakfast is also provided, although we did not try as we checkedout early in the morning Decent place for a day stay

Very beautifully located up on the hill, with very beautiful view from the Balcony and the terrace. Rooms are clean and spacious. We got the entire 2BHK, have basic cooking amenities, bathrooms arr clean with hot water facilities. The food was also available on call with varieties to choose from and also pocket friendly. Overall very calm and beautiful place located very close to Madikeri market.

We reached at 7 PM. They have given us Ground floor but Apartment was very dirty. Apartment was full of Moisture. Washroom and Kitchen was having Water Leakage. There were lots of Spidernet everywhere Even Bedsheets and blankets was dirty. Only Thing I liked about Owner as He offered to return money but there is no logical point. Better to keep apartment clean or otherwise don't offer it.
