Rooms are well maintained. Very good place to stay with family & friends. We got good service from Mr.Ryan, he took good care of all requirements.. need more required hot water... Rest well managed...Food items are very good, we all 3 family enjoyed a lot...

It was a good experience to stay there. Staff are good but not trained, they were not visible and everytime we have to call them and tell about our requirements. Foods and services were good

Rooms are neat and clean. Service is prompt. Location is also very good for stay. One thing to highlight that in Room no. 1 there is no fan in dinning hall. Apart from this everything else is really good. Here we got a very good service from Mr. Revanna and he takes care of all requirements.

Room was very clean and good .. Bathroom facility is good . Access to near by localities . Needs improvement in Room service was too bad.. Staffs working there are not responded. Complimentary breakfast was so poor,not worth the money . Staffs are not aware of campfire which is there in package ..they are asking whether it is there in your package from us..( communication should be improved with manager and staff).

Coorg being totally sold out the weekend we visited got us this place. The couple cottage was decent. The interiors were beautiful. We had complimentary breakfast included. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds soft and comfortable. No fan in the rooms but have a cooler. Much needed in summer (may) The service staff were there at once shout or call but never came to ask for breakfast. Just that could be worked on.

It’s simply amazing! Excellent room service.. I felt welcomed and could relax and de- stress myself for hours not wanting to leave this place.

If there was a half start rating I would have given.The most worst experience. The staffs are very worst, No sufficient food will be provided and taste also very bad.they will not provide coffee in the morning for everything they will charge extra. Locations also is not good be aware of POLICE we can’t enjoy with playing the music. It’s located in the main road. The blankets bedspreads are very dirty you will be disappointed if you stay in this cottage.

Very well maintained home stay.... boys working there are very good and been supportive. Owners respond quickly for all needs. Rooms are very hygienic with good amenities. Thank for team annu home stay for making good memories.
