Superb location for sure. Very calm and peaceful but still close to city. The estate belongs to the family who runs the homestay. The cottage with 2 rooms are 20m towards the edge, but totally cut off from the main house so super privacy. There is no kitchen or home cooked food option. If you ask them to provide food they would arrange from the nearby restaurants. Food delivery app works but consider 15-20mins extra. The garden and setup though basic but serves the purpose. Good birding as well , though one could explore the estate (9acres) to find more.

It's an enjoyable place beside the Golf course and the place of this building is located outside town and home stay is pleasant with request based services available for foods and other stuff which we required at this stay. We travelled and 3 friends had a Beautiful time in this place one day we can peacefully stay. The only thing in this place for food we need to plan outside hotels hence home food not available in this place at day time only morning breakfast is provided in this place. With the cost of living room and services offered by owner Sharath.

Additional perks include a campfire and plantation tour, perfect for nature enthusiasts. Overall, Sunbird Homestay met our expectations. If you're seeking a peaceful, authentic experience amidst nature, look no further!

The location of this homestay is amazing. Not too far from the main city, the place has a lot of greenery with picturesque roads. The homestay itself is very cosy surrounded by flowers and natural garden. We tried Coorg special pandi curry and akki roti which were also very tasty. Overall this is a nice place to stay and relax from the noisy busy city environment.

Excellent homestay near madikeri main town. Surrended by lush green plants. Just adjacent to golf course. Morning walk was wonderful. Only downside is little scarier since backside you have dense plantation. But no need to worry since the owner house is very near.

The homestay is situated near the golf court, with a good view. Good room. A dental kit was given. Good hospitality. Value for money.
