This place is really beautiful. House was neat and clean. Kitchen was equipped well . Breakfast was served different on both the days. Overall stay was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Ajantha homestay! The hosts were super friendly and made me feel right at home. They were welcoming and kind, which made our stay extra special. The best part was the peace and quiet. Surrounded by nature, it was so calm and relaxing. It was a real escape from the noise of the city. The view from the porch was amazing. I spent a lot of time there, enjoying my morning coffee and enjoying the simple yet beautiful view of the town. The rooms were great too. They were clean and comfy, and the whole place was beautifully decorated. You could tell that the hosts put a lot of effort into making it cozy and welcoming. Overall, our stay at this place was wonderful. The hosts were friendly, the place was peaceful, and the view was relaxing. The rooms were comfy and nicely decorated. I had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend this homestay for a relaxing getaway in Coorg!

A great place to stay with family. Good food, Very beautiful property with nicely decorated interiors. The hosts are really friendly and takes good care of their guests. The surroundings are peaceful and in Madikeri. It is also at a height so gives a scenic view . BF served was really tasty and sufficient enough for our family. Rally enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

Booked this homestay after coming across on AirBnb. The property is set in an amazing location with picturesque views of the town. Coming to the property details, it is a two floored villa with the ground floor entirely occupied by the host. The upper floor is available for the guests & has a separate entrance. The entrance & pathway to the house & the surrounding area of the property is beautifully decorated with trees, sculptures, lightning etc. Property has 3 decent sized attached rooms (1 is master bedroom), a living room with sofas & dining table & 2 Diwan Beds. A kitchen with all major facilities is also available for use to the guests. There is also a small cute living room as you enter the house. The portico/sit out is the highlight of this property & one should not miss sitting their at night or early morning enjoying the views & the weather there. The property is an old construction with modern touches & interiors which has given a vintage-modern look to it. Breakfast served is authentic south Indian food. They provide 1 litre of milk everyday which can be used by the guests. Overall the Stay was decent & pleasant & would recommend people to stay here COULD HAVE GIVEN BETTER RATING, HOWEVER THERE WERE CERTAIN ISSUES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN BETTER CARE OF: 1. The Living room sofa upholstery was all torn , messed up & in a bad state of affairs. 2. As it was Rainy season, there were water leakages from the roof skylight windows. Looks like it was not repaired from years. The maid put 2-3 cloths below those areas. 3. There was hot water issues in 1 bathroom. Hot water was not available even after switching on the geyser for 30 min. 4. The host charged us Rs. 500/day in the name of extra matress & provided us just pillow & blanket which was unreasonable (The deewan bed was supposed to be used as extra matress. We could have used that anyway. But it was our honesty that we asked him for extra matress). Would love to come back for another stay if these issues are taken care of.

We were two families (4 adult +4 kids ) and we booked the accomodation through a reference. Rooms 1. Three bedrooms decent size . 2. Linen and washrooms kept clean . 3. Hot water in all three rooms . Living room 1. Quite spacious for evening get together and for kids to play . Covered balcony 1. Morning and evening view is great. HOST Both Mr and Mrs karumbaiah are forthcoming and address all your adm requirements. They visited us in person to enquire about the stay and helped us tying up for sight seeing and other activities around Coorg . Highly recommended

We chose this place to for our short trip over the weekend in July 2022 and it's was amazing.. At the time of our visit it was peak monsoon and rained throughout the day but this place felt like home.. The host visited in person to check if is everything is fine and both the days breakfast was provided with milk if we need to make tea coffee etc.. there is a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and dishes to prepare food along with a refrigerator.. this place easily accessible from city center and comes with beautiful view in the morning and evenings.. Highly recommend this place for a group 6 to 8 people..
