Booked Coorg Shell while visiting Madikeri. I must say a really good experience overall. Mr. Anup was really friendly. We did very early morning check-in and he allowed us without second thoughts. Also after after checkout, we had left our luggage at the reception since we wanted to spend the day travelling the city . He complied with our requests very politely. Also the breakfast was really homely. And to top it all the room budget is also decent along with its proximity.

It's a service apartment. Decent room, location is very good as it's near to all good restaurants and market. For all 3 days stay they served very tasty breakfast.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a good experience. Clean rooms and toilets. The homestay take carers and in charge are polite and hospitable people. Helped us with all our needs during the stay. Though small, parking is available in front of the property. Would recommend this homestay for economic and good stay.

This place is very nice, but it was not as seen in Google pictures, the first thing to rate it 3 stars for giving us false information during the enquiry, so before traveling we had booked the stay and the person had told us that we will be provided with AC rooms and we were charged 1800/- rs for the same and with breakfast 2000/- but on arrival we were told that for AC rooms we had to pay 4000/- rs. They didn't even let us use TV. Secondly the floor and toilet was not clean it had a lot of sand and when asked to clean the care taker didn't bother though. The towels and bedsheets were also not clean. Overall it was fine. Not upto mark
