I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vintage homestay in Madikeri with a group of college friends, and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the young couple who run the place. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The homestay itself was beautifully designed and decorated, with a charming vintage feel that added to the overall ambiance of the place. Our rooms were cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight of our trip was the food! The hosts prepared some of the most delicious meals we've ever had. Every meal was a true feast, and we looked forward to each one with great anticipation. Beyond the comfortable accommodation and delicious food, what really set this homestay apart were the hosts themselves. They were incredibly friendly and fun, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We had some great conversations with them and shared many laughs and stories over the course of our stay. The place is conveniently located close to the town, making it easy to explore the local area. We had a blast reliving our nostalgic memories with each other, and the vibe only added to our experience. If you're looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay this is the perfect spot. Overall, I cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough. I can't wait to go back and relive the wonderful experience we had there. A really comfortable and tastefully done place. Very clean. Mercara heritage home is just a little away from the city center in a quiet nook. Has very easy access to the city center as well as the highway. The hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure you have a very good stay. The beds are excellent - not too firm, not too soft. Bathrooms and everything else is kept spic and span. Has great Wi-Fi. Everything about this place is perfect!

It is an excellent accommodation option. Our stay there was truly exceptional. The location is stunning, with close proximity to the city of Madikeri, making it incredibly convenient to reach. The upkeep of the place is impeccable. As soon as we arrived, the host warmly greeted us, displaying their utmost friendliness and loyalty. The homemade meals were absolutely delicious. The rooms were not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The ambiance was delightful, and the assortment of antique pieces was truly captivating. It's worth mentioning that Nishant, the host, has a genuine passion for collecting these antiques. The architectural design of the place is outstanding, giving it an authentic heritage home feel. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place, and I am eagerly looking forward to visiting it again in the future. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nishant and Nikita for their exceptional hospitality.

The hosts were just amazing! The way they took care of everything was really good! The place was really neat and the good was amazing! Its a beautiful place near to the town where everything was handled so well! Definitely recommend! The hosts did everything possible to make the stay comfortable and pleasant!

Nishanth and Nikitha are the most gracious and wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable vacation. The vintage vibe of the homestay makes it quite unique. The cleanliness was impeccable. The proximity of the location to bus stand makes it really ideal. I can't recommend this place enough to the ones looking to have an amazing time in Coorg. Thanks Nishanth and Nikitha for the best time and wonderful conversations! I had visited this homestay recently for our college boys reunion which happened after 3 long years and trust me guys it was one of the best experience ever. The amenities, room and most importantly the owners of the homestay where top notch. They just made feel like we are in home. When you entered a homestay it gives you a old heritage house feel and also you can find lot of antique stuffs and the chandelier which takes you back and gives a different vibe. Coming back to the most important part that is food. Everyone loves food and most of them rate their experience based on food. But trust me guys here the food is just amazing and the taste will never ceases to amaze you. Proper coorg style food you will find in this place and it's damn yummy. Finally, special thanks to our hosts for such a hospitality and being friendly with us and making our reunion such a memorable one. It was a great experience and kudos to your team and will recommend all to our friends and family. Hope to visit again soon 😃 Rooms were just amazing and the antiques in the homestay takes us back to the early 90's. And the location is in the center of the city. Overall the experience is 10/10

Amazing hospitality. Clean beds & washroom. Near to Madikeri town yet calm surrounding. Property hosted by a sweet young couple. Highly recommended !!!
