Greenland estate homestay

It's not a Homestay it's just a 3 single bedroom old house converted as a home stay. Room condition is okay ok no security or CCTV lack of basic amenities. Geyser is not working properly. Beds & bedspread are not hygienic. No parking for TT or buses. We reached at 12 am nobody was present just key's were kept at window after calling owner comes in a auto stating he's the owner. For hot water we called him at 3-30 he switched on from his out house. Choose your stay at your own risk.

Budget rooms to stay within coffee estate, the maintenance is good but needs to painted as the room ceiling is wet. You will find network issues inside the room. Food delivery from swiggy is available for this location and site seeing places are nearby

Food was excellent. The rooms was budget friendly, neat and clean and was provided basic amenities, fire camp.faclility also. The owner treated them with humble behaviour.

The worst host, will ask to pay extra for tea and bonfire. Also the rooms are very small and maximum accommodation is up to 6 people max but the owner gave it for 12 pax and now won't refund. Zero facilities, not maintained, no shower, gas geyser which makes sound like it will blow off. Overall, please don't visit this place.

Worst. Dont go by photos, its very worstly maintained. Beds, doors, cuboards are rotting with fungus. as soos as we entered the house smell of fungus stench was so strong. Good we didnt stay much in the room. Just opted for a night for sleep. But even for this room he had charged so high price. 9000rs TOTALLY WORTHLESS

Mainly you cannot park here. You need to park your vehicle on the road. During the rainy season it's very difficult to even reach the property. There's no phone signal here and it's very difficult for any communications. The only good thing is the food that you get here. The food is really great
