Close walking distance to the center. The owner is nice, good price for the rooms. They are spacious, and clean. The hot water takes a while to heat up

The rooms are spacious and with all the amenities you might need. The owner also made our breakfast and dinner, which was great in taste. Cleanliness, hygiene and financially good.

Location is good. Very close to Raja seat, fort, shops and restaurants. Rooms and washrooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Caretaker is very polite. Only the path from the main road to entry gate i.e. appr 20 metre is not good. Given the feedback to owner. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. Overall experience is very good.

During the booking, it was very seamless with free cancellation and no advanced payments but as soon as i reached the location, i saw 3 issues: 1. Property has no roads to reach. Its a muddy way where neither you can walk and taking a vehicle is next to impossible. 2. On somehow reaching the location, the caretaker was rude and told if you haven’t paid advance, i don’t care from where you booked, i cannot give you a room. 3. On asking why it was not mentioned in the property details, he literally told me to buzz off and went away. Haven’t seen such a rude behaviour in hospitality. Very shameful for a homestay caretaker. Atleast you should try understand the issue and help a visitor. Bad experience, either pay the owner before hand or don’t bother reaching there.

There cannot be a better location at this rate in Coorg. U are very very near to main road of city but at the same time isolated from hassles and noise of city . Raja seat , Omkareshwar temple Fort and Bus Stand are at walking distance. Also, Veg Udipi Restaurant is just 150 metres away. Care Taker is also very humble and coperative.

Clean and spacious room. It is very close to Rajas seat which makes it even more convenient. The food was also very nice and homely.

Stayed for 2 nights ,tasty home food,just less than 5 mins from Rajas seat, neat and clean with hot water always available, Sandesh good guy. Will come back again.
