North Avenue Suites Madikeri

The stay is amazing. I found this via Airbnb and contacted the host, Nikhil. He is an amazing guy and gave me a free upgrade to the largest room in the villa and even arranged breakfast in the plan. The room was very spacious and had a private dining area as well. It had a huge washroom. The best part was the caretaker, Ziyad. He was very helpful and happily agreed to all our requests. Overall, the villa is great, the location is perfect, and the caretaker and owner are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!.

We simply loved the place. Situated right in the heart of the city but yet away from the crowd, this is a brilliant location to stay at. Nikhil, the owner of this charming 120-year-old property, was accessible to us at any given point of time and was extremely helpful. Zia, the caretaker is also very hands on and took great care of us. A great experience to stay here and we look forward to going back some day.

Stayed at this home stay property for 2 days. It's a 120 year old property. well furnished, spacious rooms, amazing location in the heart of the medikeri city. Special mention about the owner of the property Nikhil ji. He was always available and extremely helpful. And ziyadh the care taker was very helpful and hands on with his job.im going refer this property to others too.

Exceptional Stay at North Avenue Suites! We had an incredible experience at North Avenue Suites,Madikeri with our group of 10! The convenience and comfort of our stay exceeded our expectations. The suites were well-planned, structured, and equipped with all the necessary elements for a hassle-free stay with 3 big & 1 small convenient bedrooms. The added bonus was the amazing restaurant ”Fish curry rice” next door, serving the most delicious Mangalorean cuisine - a definite highlight of our trip! The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommend North Avenue Suites for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient stay with exceptional amenities. 5 stars and a big thumbs up from our entire group!

Excellent stay. The location is very convenient, as it is centrally located and gives easy access to other areas in the town. Although the location is in the centre of the town, the rooms themselves were very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The interior is done up very well, simple but tasteful. The bathrooms were also large and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay!

Location of the place is extremely good.. all the good eating places are within 1-2km including kailash parbat for jain people, dominos for pizza fanatics and the fish curry restaurant just adjacent to the hotel for non-veg and sea food lovers. The rooms and property were very well decorated. Looked simple and elegant indeed. Washrooms were clean and well maintained. About the service I would like to rate this property on a low side. Although it is an Airbnb, they never allowed food or drinks inside the hotel. Their were occasional hearing of rats running on the rooftop and lack of eating or ordering anything inside the property was a little disheartening during our cozy stay at the property.
