Kk Home stays in coorg

Rooms were neat and clean. 2 of the boys there helped us a lot for our needs. On 1st day of boarding room, We did not had all the materials as said by the owner or as shown in images. We had to ask each and every thing and got it done. There were problems with induction stove, heater, 20 litres water can, TV. So, I had few concerns and spoke to owner. Owner response for my concerns was very bad. Later, they couldn't repair induction stove and bought a new one next day after which everything went well. But my first day of trip got upset because of these issues.

Pretty substandard place considering the price. Rooms were full of dirt and mould. There's seepage on all walls (refer pictures) and a rotten smell is present all around the house. Beds had ants running all over them and bedsheets were dirty. (Refer pictures) There were no utensils/toiletries present on the property as well. We had to request them multiple times before it was given. Also, driving to this property is a nightmare. There's no paved road to the gate. Have to drive on a mud patch to reach here. PS: If you still end up at this property by bad luck or chance, please please don't order food from the in-house menu. It's inedible. Prefer zomato/swiggy.

We as team of 8 members stayed in this beautiful and comfortable homestay. It was economical, and highly comfortable 3 bhk. We travelled from Hyderabad to Coorg and was looking for a Homestay experience in Coorg. KK residency Homestay has fulfilled our desire of having a great experience . The views were good from the homestay, it was not too isolated, yet peaceful from the busy touristy locations. The caretakers were always available and provided us the basic necessities like milk, tea and food. The parking was good,, the rooms were clean and they even provided with basic toiletries, whereas few home stays do not provide. Wish to visit again with family.

Nice place to stay with good hospitality. Rooms are nice and toioets are very clean. Geyser and solar heater available. Only minus point is that food is not available. Need to call from outside.
