The location is a bit offbeat, away from the city’s hustle. The breakfast was amazing. I had made some special requests for decorations which was done beautifully. Jivan and his family took care of this us like their own.

I stayed with my family in Empra Exotica for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. Property is very spacious and well maintained. We booked both the rooms in first floor and got common area as well. Homemade breakfast provided was delicious. You will get scerenic view from both balconies attached with the rooms. Enough space to park your car. I highly recommend this property if you are travelling with your family with your own car.

I've stayed here with my family for 3 Nights and 4 days. Hospitality was very good. Tasty food was served at an affordable price for dinner. They also served fresh fruit for breakfast which is good. Very near to Madikeri and easily accessible. The property is well maintained.

We stayed in Empra exotica for two days and had a really peacefull and enjoyable experience. The hosts were really kind and welcoming. Though we didn't speak the local language, we could Converse with the help of Google translate. They accomodated all our needs and even took care of the driver who accompanied us. It was like visiting a close relatives house. They had a Google tv to cast our tv programs and a fusball in the lounge. A kettle and mosquito proofing the doors and windows of the room would have made our experience even more blissful. All said and done, a much recommended place for taking a break from your hectic life.
