Yeah! It was a great pleasure of staying where u can feel like ur home... Damn they treat like as family. Guided each and every thing from tr end to give the best for us to explore..... Suggested many good places.. Hospitality was next level.... Strongly recommend to stay in Villa where u can feel like staying with family only.. The stay is next to beach where u can see beach on terrace.... it's so lovely.

I recently stayed at this charming homestay, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, budget-friendly beach getaway. The location is ideal—just 200 meters from the beach, so it’s only a short walk to the shore, where you can enjoy the waves and the stunning coastal views. The food served here was absolutely delightful. Fresh, flavorful, and authentic, each meal was prepared with care, giving a real taste of local cuisine. Whether you’re a fan of traditional dishes or something a little different, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Their friendly gestures and attention to detail really stood out, making me feel like part of the family. They were always available to assist with any requests, offering recommendations for local attractions or simply engaging in pleasant conversation. All this comes at a very decent price, which makes this homestay an excellent value for the experience you get.

Kalyani Villa is a very warm place to stay, right next to the beach. The surroundings are lush green and have an old school charm. The hosts are exceptional and promptly met all our needs. The room is clean and spacious, has an attached bathroom and access to nice terrace space. I would recommend staying here.

I had been there with my 7 friends and had a good stay with all the promising facilities as mentioned... The host is very kind and helpful and is available anytime. The location is so pleasing that the beach is just few steps away from the villa.... And there is no public disturbance in the beach ..... It would be a best choice to stay in a beach side stay...

One of the best villas with sea View and clean and spacious rooms. The host are super helpful and cool. Best part is you get a private terrace space for yourself to chill out and have the view of the beach. Would recommend to all solo travelers as it is the best place s To stay for longer stays.

One of best beach villa ever visited. Very friendly family members. easy access to markets . Rooms are very neat and clean . Beach is visible from the rooms. Beach is very clean and has white sand. Its 10 min away from Surat kal bus stand and 15 min away from railway station . Would recommend to all couples and family members

Kalyani villa is a very beautiful place near the beach . It's a very pleasant and homely experience. The best part is you get the whole terrace for yourself where you can sit and star gaze with cold wind and the sound of the waves. The villa is very clean with a very good AC TV and microwave. The hosts are very friendly and go out of the way to help

My stay at a Kalyani Villa in Kulai, Mangaluru was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived until the day I left, all was great. The hospitality extended by the hosts was amazing, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my entire stay. The spacious room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The accommodation had all modern comfort; ensuite bathroom, good A/C, tv and wi-fi. The big roof terrace offers a nice space for dinner or stargazing on the warm winter evenings. The accommodation is located in a calm and safe neighborhood, with direct access to the stunning beaches, ideal for morning or sunset walks. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, even a cinema are nearby, also a vast offer of online food delivery services is available. Chai and breakfast specialties offered by the hosts are absolute treats! I have appreciated the many tips and suggestions received from the host family, their invitations to join them for temple visits and various explanations on local customs. The New Year’s Eve in their company was a unique experience that I will never forget. I don’t think I could have been in a better place for my quiet break in south India!
