Soo i have recently completed my stay here at Skanda by looking at the reviews and I would say the reviews are totally true, this place is soo comfortable and feels like home with a stunning View of a beautiful temple. I would recommend this to my friends and family when they visit manglore.

Loved the stay at Skanda homestay! We were 11 of us who spent 2-3 nights here. The location is close to the airport, and convenient to get to many of the popular tourist destinations if you have a car/ auto booked for yourself. You can easily also order food via Zomato or Swiggy from all popular restaurants located in the Mangalore city. The owners is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They provide tea, and hands-down the most delicious neer dosa and idlis for breakfast! They cook on prior request, trust me it’s worth every penny. About the rooms, it’s very clean with ample charging docks, mirrors, clean washrooms. Being on a height, there’s a lovely view from there, feels like you’re in Manali. They have air conditioners in the room and a cooler too. So the Mangalore heat doesn’t get to you! Don’t think twice, go for this homestay!

We had a wonderful stay at Skanda Homestays...the hosts were very helpful and took care of our every need. The food prepared by them was authentic Coastal Karnataka and mouth watering. Will recommend this place to all who want to visit Mangaluru and want a place close to the airport.

Very Good place to stay both for families and bachelors with good view outside the house. Owners were very kind and supportive. This homestay includes all facilities.
