Kulai Shore Beach House in Mangalore is truly an awesome place. While it may not boast extravagance, its homely cleanliness and the mesmerizing sea view from the backyard make it a standout choice. The serene atmosphere allows for a relaxed experience, and we particularly enjoyed a delightful barbecue session with family in the spacious backyard. This place is a haven for families with kids. My 3-year-old twin toddlers and 4-year-old niece had an absolute blast, and surprisingly, they never once asked for screen time during our stay. Despite initial concerns about pets based on Google reviews, these animals were not a hindrance and actually contributed to a sense of security on this somewhat secluded property. The staff, though managing their own family functions during our stay, remained attentive and ensured our needs were met. However, a slightly increased service staff presence could enhance the overall experience. Despite this, Kulai Shore Beach House left us with wonderful memories of a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Its a beautiful, well-maintained property at a fantastic location. We booked it for a night and had the whole place to ourselves. We were a group of 7 and it comfortably accommodated us. Kitchen amenities are available but we decided to order in (couple of somewhat decent food options around). Check in and check out is smooth but it's not a resort, and like all typical Airbnb establishments, we are expected to keep the place tidy, refrain from being wasteful and be mindful of timings, noise and the neighbors. We communicated our requirements to the caretaker around 8pm before she retired for the night. All in all, a very good getaway close to the city and offers serious value for money.

The location and owners are excellent. But one thing we didn't like was the house was not maintained well. The sit outs were dirty and filled with ants. The instructions said the guests are not allowed to bring pets, but the caretakers pets were roaming all over the place. If these things are taken care. I think it'll be really great. But we really enjoyed the view and the rooms.

There were lot of expectations after looking at the location, however, the same was put to rest after the first interaction with assistants and owners. Even after paying a really good amount of money which is more than what the place worth for a days stay (not even night stay. Only for around 9-10 hrs) the hospitality was poor. All the enjoyment went in vain while wrapping up because of owners atitude. It's not worth to stay here for the money you pay as you can't enjoy much with such owners and assistants around.

Nice place to arrange birthday parties and wedding receptions. Ambience is too good as the place is in the sea shore. The sound of the waves adds to the ambience.

Worst resort experience we ever had. CareTakers are not bothered to even offer water. No bedsheets or blankets provided. No soaps or any toiletries. There is extra charge for every nook and corner like for rain dance, beds, and even for using the kitchen(500 per head). They don't even ask if we need any sort of help. No pets allowed here but theirs cats slept on the bed all the time. Even dogs are inside room all time. While checkout we were charged extra for not cleaning the utensils. You need to clean the whole house/utensils else you will be charged extra. No AC remotes provided. You will freeze at night without any blanket. Also they are charging for a one year old kid, which is disgusting. No cleanliness maintained, the dogs and cats will be over the dining table eating your food. It's better to stay at home and eat whatever you like, clean your utensils and sleep peacefully. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS RESORT IF YOU WANT YOUR STAY TO BE HAPPY AND PEACEFUL.

Dear owner, Wow, I cannot believe you have the audacity to respond to my review. 1. First of all, it's not my fault that your property was a disaster. Maybe if you actually took care of it and did some proper maintenance, your guests wouldn't have such a terrible experience. 2. I am not trying to misguide anyone. I am simply sharing my honest experience with your property. If you can't handle constructive criticism, then maybe you shouldn't be in the business of renting out your property. 3. You are the one spoiling your own reputation. If you actually took the time to address the issues with your property and provided a decent experience for your guests, maybe your reputation wouldn't be in shambles. 4. We would never leave stinking diapers on a bed. That's absolutely disgusting and shows your lack of professionalism in handling guest complaints. Finally, I am not trying to spoil someone's business. You are doing a great job of that yourself. Maybe it's time for you to rethink your career choices and find something you're actually good at. Sincerely, A Disappointed Guest This place does not deserve any stars it's worst of all. Not well maintained nor cleaned. The so called care taker is too rude and least bothered. There is 0 service. No bedsheet no blanket no basic bathroom essentials and at last they ask us to clean the house before leaving. They even charge for infants with 0 service. They have too many rules and they charge for everything. Only good thing about the place is the location. If you want to relax/enjoy then this place is not recommended.

Had a wonderful timing at the resort and indeed enjoyed moments.😎 Definitely I recommend this place. Nice beach view and spacious rooms. Supportive maintenance people. Will visit again soon.☺️
