Best property near Maple Beach. Value for money. The landlord is very nice and kind. 10 min walk from Malpe beach. Cleanliness 100%. We stayed for a week. The location is quiet and away from the beach crowds. Ample free parking space. Overall we had a great relaxing time and will definitely recommend those who are looking for a quite affordable and clean place to stay.

Good At this budget, Malpe beach is 1km from the location , Nicely maintained , suggested to provide some good food options at property since care taker/ property owner family resides within property premises however Zomato/Swiggy options are available

Helpful host. Comfortable rooms located nearby malpe beach with walking distance of 15-20 mins. There is good frequency of transport (auto, bus) on the road. Only con is there is not much eateries and restuarant nearby. So one has to make sure they have their meals when they headout, which would be near malpe beach area. There are small snacks and general stores at walking distance from this homestay. Good for family and group stay.

We recently lived in Panchavati Homestay. Neat and clean rooms. Large beds and can accommodate 2 Adults and 2 kids (13 yr and 8 yr) easily. Owner is very friendly and helped us with providing information related to best restaurants, nearby attractions. Walkable distance from Malpe Beach. Gated house. Can easily park upto 4 mid sized cars when all rooms are occupied. Looks like a new construction... may be 1-2 year old. Will definitely visit again! Worth of money they charged during new year.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Owner family stays in the property and we're super friendly. The rooms were big and clean. Will definately recommend. They also provided us nice South Indian breakfast.
