Rooms are very maintained and ventilated. Service is excellent, host is very helpful and anyone travelling to Udupi for the first time will be very comfortable as the host will provide all the required details and assist in booking any vehicle as well. Location is also very nice which is in a residential area, very quiet and calm, peaceful stay altogether.

It was our first time travelling to Udupi, but we needn't have worried since we were staying at Jaya Homestays. Ashok uncle made sure that we were prepped for our stay in Udupi by sending us links of things to do / places to visit, recommended eateries, contact numbers of auto drivers and bike rental agencies. This soft spoken gem of a gentleman had also made sure that there were labels for everything in the room and to top it off, there was even a file with a list of trains and recommended activities by the wardrobe. The property was spotless, everything worked well, the linens were clean and the kitchen was thoughtfully furnished. Our stay here was pleasant, quiet and peaceful. Thanking Ashok uncle for taking care of us here and making this a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

A simple and homely stay in Udupi, very clean and comfortable. Quite as it's residential area, also safety wise very secured too. Swiggy and Zomato available. Atheeth and Ashok ji help with everything they know of, very nice and helpful people. Slight inconvenience if you don't have your own transport at night post 8am as you won't get auto. Definitely recommended for people who wants homely stay in Udupi, since it's on first floor be ready to climb very little stairs might be a concern for elderly for rest all good. I had an amazing stay that felt like home, surrounded by greenery and with a stunning view. The Wi-Fi was stable, and the kitchen was well-organized with plates and glasses. Everything, from the spacious room to the balcony, was perfect. The owner was friendly and offered great suggestions for local attractions, and the location was close to Udupi Krishna Mutt. I highly recommend this eco-friendly stay for anyone looking for a cozy place with family and friends!

Jaya home stay and Gopal home stays are 2 different 1 Bhks at same place. Jaya is a bit bigger. The location is peaceful. Uncle was soo kind and help full. He will guide you for everything.
