This is a nice studio apartment. It has all the facilities And this studio apartment is in a good location. there is no disturbance in this place . There is a canteen nearby for breakfast . There is also a hotel on the ground floor of the apartment for dinner. I have never seen such a cheap and best studio apartment anywhere in Udupi city limited. Rajesh brother is also a good friend and whenever I call and ask for something, He was giving a suggestion. Thank you Bro. I would like to stay here in this studio apartment if I ever come there again .

Our family of five stayed here for a day. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Udupi, this is the best choice. Our caretaker, Rajesh Lucifer, was exceptional—he provided all the essential information, including the best routes to reach the location, nearby places to visit, popular local foods, and even arranged a self-drive car for us. The apartment is situated in the major town itself, just in a walkable distance from the MGM college bus stop

I stayed at here with my daughter for 10 days. We were happy. Good price and a well kept neighborhood. Tidy. The stairs didn't bother us. A cleaner attended to the balcony and our room. We often ate at the family restaurant downstairs. The apartment block has good access to the main road & close to the train station. Reliance Supermarket is a 10 min walk away if you wanted more than what the local shop opposite the complex offered. Rajash was available for help when we needed it. Thank you.

My family and I recently booked a stay here..The most important thing that we have to mention is about the care taker...MR.RAJESH AKA LUCIFER...this guy is so frndly and very helpful on many occasions...we found a problem with the heater he resolved within short span of time...Moreover he gave extra initiative for getting extra needs like rent taxi too.. Like most of the people say Rajesh was the main postive thing that we felt in that place...
