Anjali Homestay

Amazing place - we arrived exhausted from London, and were welcomed by Athul, our lovely Keralan host, who helped us settled in. |Athul is super friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area, and Kerala, and makes you feel right at home. |The food is delicious authentic and wholesome South Indian food. I was also relieved the AC was good throughout the house as Kerala can get quite hot! |The place is well located - although not far from the airport, it's in a calm village. |Would highly recommend if you want an authentic Keralan experience in a beautiful setting.

Location is convenient from Aluva town, Aluva railway station and Kochi airport. Rooms are neat, clean and functional. Food is typical Kerala home food. We stayed there for 2 nights with older parents (94 and 81 years). Sheila and Atul were kind and considerate hosts. We had the ground floor room which sleeps five comfortably. Definitely recommend this for both family and friends groups.

Our family weekend trip to Kochi was a great experience because of Anjali homestay. They have very spacious rooms and dining area. Full points for hygiene and safety! It's quite close to the atm, shops, etc so it was quite convenient like that. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. I'm definitely staying there the next time I am in Kochi. |Highly recommend this place if you're travelling for leisure to Kochi :)

We stayed here 2 days with my family (9 adults + 1 kid). On e word to describe it ... excellent experience. The hosts were the best one can get. Delicious breakfast. They took care of every problem we had as if we were a part of their extended family. ||||In the first floor one big room easily 6 people can accommodate. In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 + 1 kid .. very clean neat bathrooms. They have space to accommodate 11 + 1 kid comfortably. 1 separate full kitchen was given to us ... completely new utensils/microwave. In one word you cannot ask for anything more. ||||They have a small dog (roxy) who became friendly with my kid immediately ... and she still talks about Roxy as a part of our Kerala tour.||||My parents decided going forward in Kerala .. we will stay only in home stays rather than hotels going forward after our experience with Anjali Homestay (Thanks a lot Athul and Aunty for the most comfortable and wonderful stay one can ask for).

A perfect abode of peace and hospitality much to the satisfaction of the guests.||||Key points:||- well mannered,cultured and educated hosts. ||- timely home made Kerala food..some vegetables are organic handpicked from the homegarden! (Heaven for picky and health conscious eaters)||-easy access to town,station and nearby markets||-good service from staff||-well maintained rooms catering to local and international guest requirements||Will prefer to stay here for next visit and recommend it to all couples and families visiting Kochi/ Aluva.||

A gated bungalow with clean, homely and comfortable accommodation. Close proximity to Kochi airport, Aluva railway station and Aluva metro station. Kerala breakfast on demand. Adequate parking to accommodate 3 to 4 cars. ||- Sam George

Very good Homely experience ! Local dishes in breakfast were enjoyed by each one of my family including kids.||The home had favoured us as the mam had separately made boiled eggs for my niece who came from abroad and did not like local food items.
