Very nice property. Caretaker is very kind and helping nature. Tom is caretaker there he helps to plan trip. And arrange a transport for us. Definitely I'll visit again.

I and my friends have stayed for 2 days in masavini residency and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were so clean and the residence maintained a peaceful ambience. The travel to the stay is no more than 650 m from the aluva railway station. Most importantly customer care and attention were beyond expectations. Special mentions to Mr Tom Jon, being so kind and was always in for help! Such a suggestible stay in aluva .

This is the place to stay in Kochi. Having a good time from Cleanliness to safety.Must recommended place.Pictures available online are exactly same.

We booked a room and upon arrival were told that foreigners are not allowed to stay here. No proper explanation why and no help for a refund or other accommodation.
