Charming tree houses with beautiful balconies looking towards the trees. Annand, the owner, and his family were accommodating and allowed us to add an extra person with an auxiliary bed to one tree house at the last minute. It is a bit far from Munnar but for us (we were 6 in the two tree houses) it was worth staying here.

Our favourite homestay in India thus far. We enjoyed the serenity, surrounded by trees and birds, as well as the clean and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for accomodation in the Munnar region.

My place was given to someone else. I had booked this place via MakeMyTrip and also had received a confirmation. When I reached this place around 11:00 pm (yeah it was quite late) the person says that they don't have any vacancies, the owner was just putting this issue over MMT. After a lot of argument I realised that he had given my cottage to someone else, so no point. Unfortunately, there were no other accommodation available in entire Munnar. I was with my family and had to sleep in the car that night. Such a horrible experience.

· I liked the location , the services given and the hospitality of the staffs. They were very polite and lovely. Kerala food awesome and wonderful .The rooms were very clean and hygienic. Very good for a family outing or for even newly wedded couples. A place for a peaceful stay where you can unwind yourself.

we paid money in advance to book this place. this place doesnt deserve any rating. Ananth has put up misleading photos of the guest house. It is just another first floor on top of a house. the backyard is dirty and there are plenty of mosquitoes in the room. the house owner stays below and behaves like a grumpy house tenant. they didnt prepare any food which was part of the booking. and gave excuses tht they had some fast at that time. in the same road there are a number of good homestays who charge half the price as spicevalley and give excellent service when we arrived there was dirty linen and bathrooms not clean. we asked for a refund around 6 p.m. in the evening of the same day and the caretaker and owner refused to refund any amount. worthless place.

we were good stay and nice bungalow like old style. We felt really like at home and food also nice and hygiene. All the staffs are very helpful and good obeying. It was different experience " Munnar Spice Valley" I recommended to all to be enjoy weekand holydays. Thanks for booking team and tour propritor. God bless you all.
