Munnar Minds Homestay

The room was very clean and had necessary amenities with a large balcony facing the hills. The bathroom needs extra mention as it was so clean as if used for the 1st time. We stayed here for a night. Food delivery available from outside. Parking available for 2-3 cars. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They gave us rice, mashed potatoes in addition to chapati sabji as we were having upset stomach. Overall a very peaceful environment 👍🏻

What an amazing and exceptional stay at this place. The owner is so humble and down to earth person. The location is near Anachal Bus Stop may be 1km from bus stop, one can easily get auto if anyone is travelling by bus. Rooms are really very big , spacious and very clean, well maintained and with a balcony with beautiful view. There is a self cooking option too with necessary utensils and induction stove. I will recommend this place if you are travelling to Munnar. Amazing experience, highly recommend this place.

Loved staying here! It’s a bit further away from Munnar but it’s nice and quiet here, really feels like you’re in nature! There’s a beautiful view from the balcony. At night/in the morning there’s only the sound of crickets and birds. The room is comfortable and clean, there’s hot water for the shower and the breakfast is delicious. The hosts are the nicest people. Really recommend staying here!

This place is very good to have a peaceful stay. Rooms are clean and big. We were 3 people we had 2 rooms with a kitchen and a small balcony which is good for family. The host family is very good and takes care of all your requirements. Provide tasty home food and tea/coffee for breakfast. Overall a nice and calm stay. Please don't have very high expectations on food if you are North Indian and don't want to taste south Indian food as after all it is a homestay not a hotel and worth the price you are paying.

If you’re thinking about staying at Munnar Minds Homestay, don’t hesitate to book it! My husband and I spent two nights here and and it’s the perfect quiet place in the hills around Munnar. The city itself and all of the viewpoints are just a tuk tuk or car ride away, but you get the peace and relaxation of being in the mountains. We loved sitting out on the balcony and hearing the birds. And the room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our stay was also really positively impacted by the family feel of the place. They treated us like their own relatives- making sure we had a ride to an early morning hike, providing coffee and tea, an excellent breakfast, water, etc. We were very well taken care of and appreciated how kind everyone in the family is. We would highly recommend you stay here to get the most out of your Munnar experience.

The accommodation is simple and sufficient. Location is 12 km away from Munnar city centre but within vicinity of major attractions and you have access to markets and different types of food choices. At the same time the stay feels like living just beside the jungle and the view from the balcony is absolutely refreshing. But the most remarkable thing about this homestay is it's owners and their hospitality. The owner personally goes extra miles to fulfill the guest's wishes. Foods are prepared as per order and are quite tasty. I'll definitely recommend for families as well as group travellers.

Our Stay at Munnar Minds Homestay was really Excellent. Owner was very much cooperative and helping in nature, even the entire family was so adorable. Rooms were very clean with Forest View on the backside and a good place to sit and relax. Food Provided was such a simple Kerala Style yet tasty that You would feel energized till Lunch time. The Only constraint was some 200-300 meters road patch was not good reaching to the place but that was not a big deal. All and all the Stay was Pleasant Experience. Five Star from my side.

The Homestay was an absolute pleasure. The owner is really generous, humble and downright helpful. He and his family stay in the same villa in the ground floor. Our floor was absolutely private. When we arrived we were welcomed by clean and fragrant rooms. The highlight of the place for me was the greenery around and lounge outside our rooms. We also requested the owner to prepare dinner for us on two nights. They made really good food at very nominal price. The balconies in each room was a delight in the morning where we would sip our coffee. The overall experience for us in Munnar Minds Homestay was superb. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. And the location is right amidst local market. So it was easy to get food and amenities.
