Bella casa

Bella casa was a lovely and very homely stay. It’s safe and we had a pleasant stay. We were pampered by the hosts as extended family especially Aunty who showered with great care. The location was great with immediate access to stream of river right behind the property. We came from Chennai in an EV car and initially worried about the charging infrastructure, however the hosts were so welcoming to offer us charging at home. Overall we would love to come back here on our next visit and recommend friends too.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We were served meals that tasted like high-class home-cooked food. Adding to the charm of Bella Casa is a small flowing river nearby, where we could take a relaxing bath. The natural setting added to the serenity and tranquility of our stay. It was the perfect spot to unwind, connect with nature, and enjoy some peaceful moments. The hospitality extended by Jens, Joshna, and their family was truly heartwarming. Well-designed, beautiful homestay! Pleasure getting to know Jins anna and his sweet family. Thanks to aunty for providing homely veg food. Anna helped us with Jeep Safari and our itinerary. The stay is in Elappara (not Vagamon - low altitude), so do not expect views with tea plantations. The stay has a beautiful stream flowing behind it, unfortunately currently dried up due to the lack of rains. Minor points - The rooms are on the first floor. Construction works nearby could be a little disturbing to the guests. Essentials (toiletry, towels, mirrors) can be provided. PS: The Green House restaurant (Wintervale) has good options for vegetarian food, if you are looking for one.

Amazing hospitality and the food here is great too. They help you with your itenary too. Have visited vagamon multiple times, yet they suggested few places which I haven’t explored earlier. We missed bathing at the nearby stream. Family friendly and welcoming host.
