It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious and perfect for a family of four. Our guests loved the place too. Our concerns were also addressed promptly. Would definitely recommend this place!

This homestay was recommended to me by one of my friends Athul, who have already spent a few nights here. The rooms were very clean and I loved it. Myself and my family stayed here for two days during our vacation and everyone were satisfied with the cleanliness and services from the staff. This is one of place i will recommend to anyone without any doubt and value for the money. Families as well as friends group can be stayed here. Overall I'm very well satisfied with the stay. The apartment is nice and clean for the price it was. Stylish apartment in a nice small locality away from the main city. Suited for small as well as large families and friends. It’s definitely value for money and wonderful host. A Wonderful balcony and terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and some chit-chat! We felt home right away and enjoyed our time to the fullest. We loved the view. Everything's so green and we could see the buffaloes roam all day. However the location is pretty far from the city center and restaurants.

The location is very pristine. The host Mr. Baby Lonan was such a great host. It felt like home to us. We had such an amazing stay. The house and the surrounding was neat and clean. The location was in the centre to every place we had to go. The Beach was just half n hour away. Overall we had the best experience. Thank You!!

Reasonable charges, very close to highway but yet serene atmosphere.Very caring owner as well as a caretaker. No interference at all from the owner. Very neat and hygienic rooms beds and amenities. Absolutely safe for families. Highly recommended.

First of all I would like to start with the house owner who was very accommodative through out our stay at bethel. When ever we needed something he was a message away, very attentive to messages and also fulfilled all our wishes the same. Secondly, i would like to thank the caretakers who were helpful keeping our stay clean and tidy. Thirdly, the most important of all is to review our stay which was over and beyond our recommendation. Clean toilets and also fresh white sheets, only problem we had was the pillows not being fluffy & thick (i think its not a problem, just our preference are a little different). Beautiful birds chanting through out the day and not to forget about the neighbors who were very friendly. We met a grandma who visits back or front yard grass patch every morning to feed her cows, little school girls so curious to play with our little daughter who is just one and who every pass by young or elderly waving HI 👋🏻, we almost felt at home. Can walk around to see ponds filled with ducks as well and rivers full of Chinese fish nets. Who ever stays in Cochin i would recommend bethel garden.
