Room was decent but not so well maintained. Balcony was good with a nice view. Service was the worst. Owner was decent but the guy managing the property was arrogant and unfriendly. He did not respond to our needs properly. We were three members but were given only one towel and only one dental kit. We were given tap water when asked for drinking water. The property is supposed to be pet friendly as confirmed by the owner. But the guy managing the property was not friendly to our pet and was always complaining about the dog's activities. The breakfast was for namesake and was below average .

The location of the property was perfect. Serene atmosphere. A friendly owner. Best stay for a solo traveller as well as group travellers (family/friends). BTW ask the owner he would give a better itinerary for places to visit in kannur along with the time it might take to visit each place. Especially the restaurants you could visit during your stay.

The rooms on the first floor are super! The view from the terrace is amazing! Very close to the beach. The owner and the caretaker were very friendly. Thanks for a memorable stay! 😀

Very nice home stay, the rooms of the first floor are very spacious with a beautiful view of greenery and the beach. Beach is just a few steps away from this stay. Affordable accommodation.

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 days in December and service is at its best. People here are hospitable and sweet. They helped us w.r.t transport and places to visit on both the days as we did not plan a lot beforehand. The food was good too. The best part would definitely be the private beach. We had lot of fun there the sunset was mesmerizing too.

We had an amazing stay here in Sun n Tan, the host Mr. Murali is really a nice guy, helped all the time 😀. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. He provides a full equipment kitchen if you want to cook a meal there, and the breakfast is perfect. We totally recommend staying there

Stayed 3 nights at Mo’s place and it was the perfect spot to feel like home after moving around India. Every morning waking up to fresh home made south indian breakfast was just what I needed. I got to make my own meals in the spacious kitchen as well. Just 30 seconds walk to the best beach Ive been in India (some days I was even alone there) with beautiful sunsets 🌅 Would definitely recommend. Rooms have AC!
