My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, offering a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like I was at home. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and this level of care extended throughout my stay. The hotel ambiance is cozy, with a charming and comfortable vibe that immediately sets you at ease. Whether you're lounging in the common areas or relaxing in your room, the space feels like a personal retreat rather than just a hotel. One of the standout features of my stay was the restroom. It was immaculate, modern, and extremely well-maintained, giving a sense of luxury. The amenities provided were top-notch, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The shower pressure was perfect, and the toiletries provided were of high quality, making the bathroom experience more than just functional—it was enjoyable. However, while my overall experience was excellent, I did feel that the cleanliness of the room could have been better maintained. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, but I noticed a few areas that could have used more attention, particularly when it came to dusting and vacuuming. Though this was a minor issue, it did stand out in contrast to the otherwise spotless restroom and common areas. Despite this, I still had a wonderful stay, and the small issue with cleanliness didn't detract too much from the overall experience. Everything else was well-appointed and comfortable, and the staff were always available to help with any needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience, with the hope that they improve room cleanliness in the future.

Excellent homestay in Kannur! Peaceful location, walkable to Payyambalam Beach and Savita Film City. Convenient bus connectivity to railway station. Caretaker Krishna is very hospitable. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and behavior of the caretaker boy.It is very neat and clean also .It Is well decorated like your home.When I shall visit Kannur next time I must stay at this homestay again.

Petite Coin stay was functional for our needs but I would not stay again. On arrive the host insisted on taking our photos for no reason and urged us against our wishes. The room was fine and simple, but the bugs were absolutely terrible and we had the worst night of sleep we can recall due to this. Cannot recommend due to this.

We called the boy and confirmed the room and reached but at night he said all rooms are vacant no free room

Recently visited kannur and took room over here ,non Ac room are not at all recommended because of too much mosquito we are not able to sleep even for one hour properly, and we kept our sandals in the entry area and morning it was taken by street dogs ,totally disappointed with the stay

Stayed here on 24/12/2023..Really a beautiful experience.. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.. Affordable price.. The boy in the reception was very nice and friendly..very helping..Really a homely feeling.. The only negative thing i felt is there is no sufficient parking area.. and the road nearby is narrow.. can't park on road side also.. Apart from parking issue.. I highly recommend this for those who come to Kannur... Had a nice time there.
